Justin, the owner is excellent and does great work! The business he subcontracts work out to for furniture painting is horrible! A Touch of Gray Redesign who he subs out furniture painting is the most unprofessional business and will ruin your furniture. If Justin is going to reupholster your furniture you will be happy as he’s super professional and talented at what he does. Do not let your furniture be sent to Touch of Gray Redesign as they are amateurs! They don’t have a business listing anywhere (except Facebook and a an old Etsy account) which speaks volumes!

Talked to Justin Tuesday afternoon about putting foam I had bought into existing cushions. I tried to do it myself but couldn't. Dropped off the foam and cushions Wednesday morning and he had them done that day. He did a fantastic job and the cushions are great. Price was super reasonable.

Let me just start my rambling diatribe by stating a pure opinion:

I think an unfortunate consequence of our modern inter-connected world, and businesses seemingly constantly asking for feedback, is a lot of times folks only highlight negative experiences and forget to give praise when praise is due. A lot of good stuff gets caught up in the wash.

Justin and his team recently re-upholstered a couch for my wife and I. The couch has been in my family for about 25 years, and was "gifted" to us from my parents back in 2016 when my wife (then technically pre-fiancée lol) moved in together. Justin and his team did a great job with the re-work, it hasn't looked this great in years! He was clear with expectations, timing, pricing, and was professional and pleasant to work with.

Re-upholstering is a great option a lot of folks don't think about. You can literally overhaul your tired/worn furniture piece, usually for much less than a comparable replacement would run you.

I could not recommend CUS&S more, my wife and I would give them 6 stars if we could. We definitely intend to use them in the future as needs will most certainly arise.

The owner did an amazing job on my dining room chairs! He even made a suggestion that saved me considerable money which was very appreciated! Turnaround service was fast and my chairs look like new. Pricing was fair, process was simple and easy, and customer service/experience was great. Was my first time using this type of upholstery service and I’m happy I gave them a try. I’m very discerning, never give 5 stars but I would highly recommend them to others and will be using them again for sure!
