I have nothing but praise for Schafer's! It was incredibly easy to get an appointment for the services I needed and the staff were helpful every step of the way. I loved that during my vehicle inspection I got updates and photos of what was being checked and the minimal issues that were found. Their transparency gave me confidence that the recommendations being made were legit and not just a way to make extra money off me. I will be back for all my future service needs.

Super friendly service and thorough. Love how they highlight each part of the vehicle and give you a number of options for repairs. They are never pushy and pricing is fair. Highly recommend Schafer’s!

I recently had my first experience at Schafer's and it won't be my last. I was very impressed with both the customer service and the quality of the repair itself. Unfortunately this was the second time my catalytic converter was stolen, and the first time a different garage returned the car with a rattling exhaust system. After Schafer's repair, the car was much quieter again. Also, this time the insurance adjuster was very challenging to reach, and Schafer's persisted in pursuing answers and in regularly communicating with me. I couldn't have asked for more helpful service. I was happy enough with my current mechanic (who recommended Schafer's for this particular job), but Schafer's had earned my business from here on out. Highly recommend.

Just used Schaefer's for the first time - and wow! What a great experience. Quick, efficient, affordable and so so kind. They even washed my car for me after they inspected it! Can't recommend these guys more, and will definitely be using them again next year.

I can’t speak highly enough of the folks at Schafer’s. Here are some highlights:
- transparency: they provide a really thorough write up after each service, including photos and recommendations ranked urgent to non urgent. Technicians and front staff desk always happy to explain in more detail.
- timeliness: fast turnaround time and are upfront about potential delays
- quality work speaks for itself
- above and beyond customer service: I had my car serviced elsewhere and when something went wrong I got it to Schafer’s, they identified the issue and printed our a diagram to bring back to the shop that did the original service so that they could fix their mistake.
