  I am furious with Alehouse. I brought a group of six to the Altamonte location. I was asked what I suggest. I told my friends about how great the hamburgers were because they had done away with the frozen hamburgers and were again serving fresh handmade burgers. They even wrote this in the menu above the burger selections. They served my guests and I FROZEN oblong hamburgers. I did not want to make a scene in front of my friends so I did not say anything but I was very embarrassed. I will post this everywhere and I plan to send this to the food inspectors that make sure restaurants are serving what they say in their menu.

  Great burgers, just wish the staff was a little more pleasant as you’re trying to order a beverage at the bar while your food is being made. Maybe management should help a tad more.

  My boyfriend and I were visiting our hometown for the first time in 2 years and had to visit one of our favorite restaurants. Our waitress, Sally, was very kind and helpful. I am vegetarian and she gave me a suggestion that was absolutely delicious. Most servers just hand me the menu and ask for my order but she took her time to suggest some menu items and adding/removing things to make them taste even better! Thank you, Sally!!!

  Love this place!
  First time to this location but like the one in Vegas, it is top notch.
  Great food, service and atmosphere!

  Excellent service tonight by Nick! Very on top of our drink orders and food. Excellent menu knowledge. He unknowingly served a table of servers and he did a wonderful job. Also, every employee I encountered was warm and lovely. Food was great and drinks were perfect. My football season will officially be lived at Altamonte Ale House.

  Zinger Mountain Melt always delivers and remains one of my favorites. I recommend their house salad as well as a starter. Most of they're food is oily and fried, but their steaks and burgers are pretty darn good. If you ever have a problem, they're more than willing to fix it based on my experience. Great staff, great food, good drinks (mixed or tap) and quite a nice dessert section as well. Most entrees are around $12 and fill you up.

  Great hours, well lit, and many televisions to keep you occupied. Good Menu choices. I'm Pissed they took potatoes skins off the menu & thats why i gave 4 out of 5 stars.

  Nice range of food selection excellently prepared. Servers give good ice on drink deals. All of this at a very reasonable price. We'll be back.

  Amazing how Chris the Bartender has been paying attention to one customer and one customer only. The lady outside is doing all the work and doing her best to keep up! Too bad you have to flag a bartender down to get a drink! Don't have service at either the inside or outside bar! Manager needs to pay attention to his employees!

  I've only ever ordered togo, which is usually a nightmare at most restaurants. This ale house without a doubt the most consistent. Always in and out, always perfect order, always friendly bartender. I've got an ale house close to my job but I skip going there so I can order here. Dinner for my family of 3 costs the same as it would at any fast food restaurant. I think I've ordered like 3 times this week and I'm headed there now to pick up. Seriously satisfied customer.
