Fantastic experience here. Convenient parking and friendly people all around. It looks a little intimidating when you walk in but everything is clearly marked. We were up high and still had a fun time. The seats didn't feel cramped but the rows are narrow. Lots of history and information on the walls made it fun to walk around!
The venue itself is pretty nice, but traffic flow before and after an event is a nightmare even with dedicated police officers directing vehicles.
The Snow Queen felt like a bait and switch. Was led to believe it was the original story not just some folks on stage telling the readers digest version of Frozen. This was a sing a long and NOT a musical. Costumes were mediocre at best. Very Disappointed!!!!
Wonderdul auditorium, lots of great shows.
Comfortable seating and very pretty theatre. Went here for my brothers graduation and it felt almost luxurious.
They always have great shows and decent ticket prices. Easy free parking is a bonus. Plus it's a really easy drive from GR to KZOO without the traffic and parking at robbery prices of downtown GR. I particularly enjoy catching one of their weekend matinee shows. Only complaint is that every time I go, their seating seems to be staggered in a way that forces me to lean right or left to see the stage, if the person in front of me sits tall in their seat and I am not short.
Went to see DRUMLINE!! Loved it the staffing was spectacular!! Will return😊
Went to see Menopause the Musical, has a great time. Restrooms were clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Any seat is a good seat! Very clean and helpful staff. It was my first time there and it felt very welcoming. Had a great time!
Miller is a jewel in Kalamazoo's crown, bringing great national touring shows into town that would often be impossible to see without traveling to Chicago, Detroit or further. Recently saw a show there and staff were friendly, parking was free and relatively easy and prices are what you'd expect. Deducted one star because the interior is getting tired. As one of our premier theaters and a major part of WMU I would expect to see this kept up better. Yet I saw paint peeling, cracked corners, scratched walls, etc. Nothing that detracted from the show and the experience in any meaningful way but not quite a "5 star" atmosphere. Still, grateful for this resource in our community.
