Your website is a mess to use. It kept taking me in circles just trying to buy a set of sheets. I finally called customer service, and the lady was so NICE, and she placed my order that I pick up at West Main Store. I wasted 45 minutes online. I could have driven to the store quicker.

I arrived later in the evening, so that probably explains it, but many of the items were in the wrong place and the dressing rooms hadn't been cleared out of unwanted items in quite some time. This made it hard to find what I was looking for.
On the other hand, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful.

The cashiers are very friendly. To the point that it's awkward, and causes unnecessarily long lines. Is that rare for Kohl's? I'm not so certain. I like friendly, but what I don't like is standing in line with a kid that fussing to go, waiting to purchase my items and only available cashier is chatting up the customer who is desperately trying to leave without being rude, telling her how to take advantage of kohl's cash in conjunction with some sort of coupon to save an extra 5%.
That, and Every time we go, all the stroller style carts are somewhere. I don't know Where. But they are somewhere. Why can't they just be a like any other store and use the same cart design? Oh, a fabric sack on wheels? Yeah, that seems more appropriate.

If it wasn't the best place to get baby clothes around I'd give it one star.

This store is so organized. Clothes everywhere they don't belong. Also they always seem to have several items in only 1 or 2 sizes. Super huge and super small, but nothing in between. Portage location is worse.

Went in to get Levi jeans. What a disappointment. NOTHING was where it should have been. And try to find 2 of the same item, forget it. I used to drive past the Portage store to come here. Giving up on Kohl's completely now.

Store was pretty disorganized, as if it were just after the Christmas rush, except it wasn't. Men's dress pants were a disaster. Not sure why it was left like that.

I love the quality of clothes I but at Kohl's. Also, they have great coupons on their app and for being a Kohl's card holder which keeps the prices down! Bonus, the bathrooms are always clean! But my last visit the changing rooms were full of dust bunnies

Said they didn't carry what I needed to return, which I had purchased at the Kohl's in Battle Creek. Impossible to prove or sort out.

The only thing I can think of is that the BC Kohl's accepted a return of an item they didn't carry, then I purchased it. After it fell apart the first time I wore it, I just wanted to exchange it for one that was sewn properly, but couldn't. It was a tank top, and must have cost them almost nothing in the scheme of things.

I understand the difficulty in my request, but for the price, customer satisfaction, and the lack of history of returns and suspect situations associated with my account should have indicated I wasn't trying to pull a fast one, and it's kind of a strange story to make up. If I had purchased elsewhere, I would have exchanged at that place, especially because I wanted that specific item.

I've been going to this Kohl's for a long time. The store layout is decent. Most things are pretty easy to locate and arranged fairly logically. It is always clean and brightly illuminated with no dark areas anywhere in the store. The selection of items is pretty decent too. The down side to Kohl's is the pricing. Full price on pretty much anything in the store is WAY to high. I am almost never willing to pay full price for anything they have. I say pretty much anything because there are some exceptions. From time to time, I find items at regular price that are probably featured items, that are really nice and have a good price. You really have to spend some time paying attention and looking for them though. The other exception is the stuff on clearance. You can find some exceptional bargains in the clearance stuff and I always make it a point to check there too.
To get the most benefit from Kohl's you want to get the Kohl's card too. I never have a running balance on it. I buy the things I need, get the bill, and pay it off, but having that card is really valuable. With the card, you get coupons for anywhere from 15 to 30% off even the clearance or sale prices, and you can earn "Kohl's bucks" that let you take even more off. I've used those combinations at times to go in with my daughters and came out with bags of stuff for very little money. We had to go in just the other day in a huge rush to get shoes and hose for my daughter. She had not dressed up in a while and 40 minutes before a wedding discovered her shoes and tights would no longer fit. We ran to Kohl's in a mad dash and found some wedges she absolutely loved, and new dark hose and was out in 15 minutes and only spent about $35 or so, and were very happy. I really enjoy shopping here and usually do get a good deal and have a good experience.

Bought some Nike socks Christmas Eve for what was suppose to be 50% off but didn't notice the total price of all my items until Christmas Day. So being that they were closed that day I brought my item back to get price difference and they couldn't give it to me because they had already changed all the prices and didn't NOBODY seem to know how to get the prices from 2 days ago. So manager gets called and goes to see what the pricing was and ends up telling me that he can give me the 25% off deal that they have listed now. Word of advise take a picture of the sales displays.. I will next time.

This Kohl's is great when you can get customer service. Most of the staff is fantastic but just like any other store you have a select few. Prices are a bit high unless you have kohl's cash to help out. They need more Western Michigan College apparel and less MSU & UM stuff. You're in Kalamazoo rep your team.
