Mark is a very honest business owner to his customers and very generous to his empoyees. This is coming from someone that has worked for him for over a year. He doesn't try to find ways to make extra money, he fixes what you need and that's it. Customers come first.

Years ago I was considering a purchase of a very old Audi to be my daughter's first car. A friend recommended I see Kzoo Imports. I spoke with the owner directly and explained the situation. I believe he treated that inspection as if it was for his own child. I got a list of things he found in priority order - from things that needed to be done to make it safe to those things that could wait a bit. From then on I have taken that car, a Toyota Yaris and my Honda Element to him and they have never let me down.

Excellent service. Honest repair times and quality staff. There was confusion over ordering a part for my car when it didn't want it, and they took care of it and didn't charge me the extra cost. Overall quality place and would recommend to others.
