This is a lovely hotel with splendid amenities and plenty of parking. Their food, even though room service, is well-prepared and tasty. While not as stylish as some newer facilities, it had everything you could want, including a terrific staff.

The Millennium Hotel is one of Boulders best hotels. Rooms are always available, clean and spacious. Outdoor pool and sauna. Staff is top notch. Prices are reasonable. Located close to highway 36. Next door is the Rocky Mountain tennis center. Plenty of parking and very wheelchair friendly.

Room was average and they were kind enough to accommodate my wife and I when we needed an emergency room. Unfortunately and inexplicably the elevators stopped working the next day and the desk staff was nowhere to be found. I guess carrying a ton of luggage down 5 flights of stairs is good exercise, so it wasn't a total loss.

Close to the University of Colorado, this hotel offers spacious rooms at decent rates. The room was clean and acceptable for a budget traveller. You can tell this is a business-class hotel, however, because of the pay-to-enter breakfast buffet that isn't included in the price. I will say though, the service we received was very good.

Very disappointed. For the price, I expected nicer accommodations and better service. When we requested a room change due to a shower that didn't drain, one guy said "we don't have any rooms but you can call tomorrow morning", 20 min. later another desk attendant said "we don't have any rooms like the one you are in, but we can upgrade you to a better room free of charge", but after more min of waiting for a call back, another desk attendant said, "we can upgrade you for an extra charge or you can move to a different room like the one you are in." Hard to know what was going on. This place is rundown and old and it shows. I have stayed in many places worldwide and this was the worst experience I have ever hadmotel 6 may have been a better choice.

Perfectly suitable for our needs. Location was excellent, the rooms adequate and service friendly. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment and the elevators were not accessible in some parts of the hotel. We were offered a discount for our room. This provided an opportunity to get a bit more exercise, which was totally fine. Would stay here again.

Comfortable hotel with decent rates, easy access to most of the Boulder attractions, and nice views if you pick an upper floor room facing the garden/mountains.
Multiple dining options are close by - a 5-10 minute walk gives you access to everything from upscale, uniquely inspired pizza and classic burger joints, to authentic and inexpensive Tibetan and Mexican restaurants. There is a Safeway grocery store and a liquor/beer store in the lot just behind the building (an easy walk to stock your min-fridge!)
The hotel restaurant leaves something to be desired, but is acceptable if you don't feel like leaving to eat. However the service is very slow - as the only patrons in the restaurant, we waited about 35 minutes from arrival for our food at lunch.
The pool is excellent, if it's open. It's a true 25y lap pool with 5 lanes. The shallow end is about 2 feet deep, and the deep end is perhaps 5 feet. I was comfortable performing flip turns despite the shallow depth. The pool was open for my prior stay, but it is currently (as of Sept. 15, 2017) closed for an unspecified amount of time. If pool access is important, I suggest calling to see if it has re-opened.
Overall the Millennium Harvest is a fine hotel with good access to amenities, clean rooms, and a large beautiful outdoor garden/recreation area. Note that there are no safes in the room.response / report this review -

Rooms were fine - nothing special, but not bad. Only one bath towel in the bathroom and had no hand towels or other towels. Had to wait 20 minutes for more towels, but at least they brought them up to the room. Convenient location to shops/food. Overall, I would stay here again, but only if I couldn't find anything else decent for a good price.

Stained carpets, dirty walls, and the carpet of my entire room was quite damp when I came in. Oh, and I had to ride the creepiest, creakiest old elevator to get to my floor (taking the stairs only from now on!). The staff are sweet and the happy hour at the restaurant here is pretty good. The bed is fine, with crisp, clean linens. I also happened to get a room with a view of the grounds, which really are quite lovely. That said, for the high price -- this place is pretty pitiful. I would be quite unhappy if I weren't getting comped for travel this trip.

The reviews here seem accurate. The room was clean though many things in the hotel are dated. The view of the mountain isn't great. The front desk workers were friendly and my wife and I did enjoy our time there. It is right next to campus which is convenient.

The WORST hotel experience I've ever had! By the way, I only booked this hotel because it was the conference hotel. I had a reservation for 3 nights, including tonight. I fly for God knows how many hours from Boston to Denver and arrive at the hotel around 1:30am only to find out that the hotel oversold rooms for the night and that they sold my room. I asked the receptionist how this was even possible and he said that the manager allows this policy. So he then begins to call around town to try and find me another hotel only to find out all the hotels in town are booked, except for some cheap, even lower rated hotel that after reading their reviews I felt unsafe and uncomfortable staying at. So here I am in the lobby of the hotel laying on the couch until they can find me a place to stay! What a nice welcome to Boulder! Oh and yeah, he offers me a bottle of water and a bag of chips as I spend the night on their couch. a blanket and a pillow would've been much nicer and more appropriate!!!

This hotel has a lot of potential, but was less than extraordinary. I stayed here for two nights. The view from my window was great, the bed was comfortable, it was a quiet environment, the housekeeping and front desk staff were great. However, it seemed to be lacking in maintenance and upkeep. There was an odd scent in the room, like a sort of mold or musk which gave the room a sort of dirty feel. The shower drain was very slow draining. Thus, showering was akin to a bath for my ankles; like wading in a shallow Creek. I think that this could be a great hotel, if only management can put much-needed effort into renovation, deep cleaning, maintenance and upkeep.

Loved the location of this hotel for our stay (100+ people). Right on Boulder Creek and walking path. Staff was great over the 4 days. Room was spacious and well cared for. Outside pavilion was great for group meals. Really enjoyed my 4 day stay! Thanks.

I really enjoyed this place! If you are looking for an ultra modern and up to date family friendly chain hotel, this place is not for you. If you're interested in a more memorable experience, stay here. Millennium is huge and has beautiful grounds. It's been around since the 60's and has these fancy ballrooms for lavish parties. There is an outdoor bar and patio, tennis courts, a bike trail over the river, nice flowers. I think it has more of a European or hostel feel in the common areas. Its also really close to the downtown shops and restaurants. room was pretty basic but clean and the bed was comfortable.
