I stayed here for a business trip and for the purposes of the trip, it did the job. It was right next to the highway and right next to my client's location. However, if I were to choose a location myself I would not go here, especially for the price. The turn down service was unreliable, I ended up having to clean up after myself and get my own towels for my week stay. The hotel is or and outdated and there was a perpetual smell of weed smoke in the room next door during my stay (I know it's legal, but do I have to smell it in a hotel?). The pool was slightly uninviting, as was the hot tub just die to the general feel of the place. For the price, if you're in the area for leasure I definitely recommend finding something better. If you really MUST stay here, then I recommend having someone else pick up the tab lol. The one good thing was that the room was recently large and the staff was nice - they seem to be doing the best with what they've got, for that (plus convenience to my client) I gave three stars.

As a frequent business traveler I usually stay at a Marriott chain hotel of some type. I’ve stayed here a few times but this visit was not up to par. Not sure which firm is now managing this location but I’d bet it’s changed as there is a notification placard near the front desk identifying the managing firm. ( perhaps so the Marriott Corporate office doesn’t get calls).

The Bistro was closed for dinner with no explanation. The snack store was picked over with very little left other than alcohol- they made sure to have plenty of beer and wine - even had boxes stacked behind the check in area. We’re I tha Manager I would have gone to a local store and purchased items to restock. There’s simply no excuse for bare shelves, refrigerator and freezer.

Check in was slow with only one employee working with 5 patrons waiting at 5:10 pm. She was nice but young lacked professionalism. I’m a Marriott member with a profile but she asked me my preferences, which should already be in the reservation.

I choose Marriott as there is a minimum standard which I can count on. Disappointed with the way this location is being managed.

According to the employee, tha Manager is on vacation and she was working late due to a staffing shortage that day -(translation=management doesn’t want to pay salaries to staff properly) A huge mistake with any respectable hotel chain)

I probably won’t return to this Courtyard ever again.

Older decore, soft beds. Clean rooms, great breakfast options. Indoor hot tub, small gym but Jas what you need, close to other options for Food. Great staff.

Beds were comfortable and the staff was wonderful!
The pool was on the cold side. Hot tub, pool and fitness center seemed outdated and in need of some cleaning and attention.

This courtyard has a very nice lobby, however the rooms are clearly several decades behind on updates. The lobby is modern and clean, with a decent little cafe. The rooms seem very dated with old red and gold color scheme and stained walls/carpet. The location is suburbia hell, chain restaurants all around with very boring fare. If possible I would recommend starting closer to Denver.

Very welcoming right when you walk in. Front desk is to the right, with a full service bar/lounge to the left. The food menu had a lot of great options. I enjoyed the turkey Reuben with French fries. Highly recommend this establishment!

The room was okay. The value of the room doesn't meet the cost of the room. Had some room issues but the staff did their best to make things right. I just thought the room would be way nicer for the amount of money it cost per night. The rooms could use a remodel update.

The staff was incredible and friendly. They answered all questions regarding the hotel's services and accommodations. The pool and spa were AMAZING after a VERY long and stressful day. Thank you.
I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to my family and friends!!

Good location just off of 285. Not far from shopping, dining, etc. Nice outside patio to relax. Pool water on cold side.

This hotel was atrocious. When we got to our room there was someone in there cleaning because the staff failed to communicate about which rooms were being cleaned. We left for about five minutes while he finished up and "shampooed the carpet." When we got back to the room the stains on the carpet were still there. When we complained the front desk lady was incredibly rude. Finally we got a different room and it was still poor quality. The beds were small, too small to hold two people and very uncomfortable. We transferred to the Marriott west, and are so far thrilled with this residence.

Simple check in and super friendly service. My room was dirty and they promptly exchanged rooms and even threw in free breakfast. Can't go wrong with Marriott!

The Courtyards are always nice. This one doesn't have a location within walking distance of anything, but still a nice hotel.

We stayed in a king suite and I absolutely loved it. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, maids left us alone on our last day, we stayed til 12 which is checkout and they didn't bother us once to get out. Small pool and hot tub but not a big deal. Very quiet motel overall and everyone kind of just minds their own business. No free breakfast is the only downside.
