Would not like to see what happens when its busy. Been sitting in the er waiting room with my 9 month old son to be seen. Told a few times there was no rooms, Or that nursing is in charge of rooming people. During my 3 hour wait swarms of people came were seen and left. Numerous empty rooms in new addition. Alot of people failing at there jobs here.

This review is based on one employee only. The woman Christina with brown/black hair 40-50 yelled at me saying I can't lean on my girlfriends bed so we could both see the laptop and watch a movie, because it bothers her when couples sleep together throughout the night at the hospital. There are no rules on this, the janitor, front desk, other doctors have never heard of this. I hate to use these words but Christina was a sad, miserable, nasty woman. It's quite obvious she hasn't had a couple type relationship in 30 years. She is a sad excuse of a nurse. On the other hand, carol - the older woman, gray hair. was the greatest nurse I've ever had in my life. Kudos to her.

this place, i know its said all the time by angry family members, take it like that if you want, just spreading the warning. This place looks at you as a number, a subject, an experiment. I wish i was making this up. If you have a loved one staying for an extended amount of time, stay with them or have someone there 24/7. If they think family is not there, they will let the residents and interns try things on the patient , without supervision, anything from a small test to a major procedure with a 20% survival rate, just cause hey, they need the practice, they will make these attempts without any sort of permission in the middle of the night. Go ahead, call me a lair, don't believe me whatever, your loss, i already lost.

I went there yesterday for heart palpitations and my gallbladder bothering me. They are the most caring staff possible. From the minute I walked in from the time it was me to be discharged. Very thorough. Better than landmark hospital by far.

Went there because a branch fell from a tree and hit my head. Had a huge bump on my head was dizzy in pain nauseous and they kept me in the waiting room for 4 hours. It took an hour and a half to see the triage nurse. I left very dissatisfied and forgotte. I will never go there again. Thank god I went somewhere else. Cause I was badly hurt and they could care less.

If you get Dr. Vivek Chander your better off going to a different facility. My wife is 5 1/2 months pregnant and she has a cold and her asthma tends to turn it into pneumonia. Well Dr. Smarty pants decided to order an X-Ray and we refused the sweet nurses there told us we made the right call. Then Dr. Know it all comes in and tries while on his cell phone to guilt us into the xray we refuse again so while I left the room he decides to berate my wife's decision. He called her petty and that if there is a tumor or growth on her lung it will harm our baby. Now all he has to do is look at the medical records and see she's been in there for the same thing the past 3 times. Once while pregnant. Also her primary care dr. Stated under no circumstances does she need an x ray. Great Dr.

The Emergency room in this hospital is THE WORST ever! Everytime you come in you wait hours no matter how busy or slow it is! Doesn't matter if you child is screaming in pain or not! Absolutely hate coming here wish there was another one closer!

I was in for a day procedure and I found all of the doctors and nurses in attendance very capable and communicated to me very clearly what the procedure would be like. I found them all very personable and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Each time I was attended by someone new, they introduced themselves right away and they were all very friendly. I couldn't be more proud of my local hospital!

I just called to ask a simple question and the women on the phone was the rudest person I have ever spoken too. I have never had issues with the hospital and all I wanted to know is if I would be better off speaking with my main doctor before going to the ER for an ankle injury and she wouldn't answer my question. She said well I can't diagnose u on the phone I didn't want a diagnosis. I wanted to know if I should see my physician before going to the ER.

On the two occasions I have been to the ER, once for myself and once for my son, this facility has been awesome! Not only is it one of the nicest and newly redone facilities around with the latest and greatest gadgets, the staff is friendly, caring and gets you in and out as quickly as they can. ER wait times usually take hours, this place we were in and out in an hour and they took care of us. The nurses and doctors and even the administrative staff are exceptional and for a suburban medical center I cannot say enough about the place.
