  Higher end rv park. Nice amenities. Management does some things very well, but lacks in many others such as communicating with residents, following through on concerns and enforcing rules to name a few

  To all the ppl who stay in Mesa regal! Tip your delivery driver no matter what if it's furniture or pizza. Or even better just stay in Canada or Minnesota. Your driving sucks your too slow in the grocery store and you stop right in the damn way. Stay in yo lane please

  This active 55+ RV Resort is referred to as a cruise ship. We have so much to do and so much fun at the resort (on board the ship) and once in awhile we book an excursion outside the resort (off the ship). Love it.
