I've heard nothing but bad things about this place before I even got in the door. There was a rude salesmen talking to another customer. I turned right back around. . I will not be dealing with that

It is a good place to get a car if you don't have that much income they will work with you they can be distant and kind of be rude at times but other than that place is good

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I would not recommend this car lot to anyone buying a car. They are rude very unprofessional. Thieving liar's and cons they SUCK.

I have one car financed with them right now. It was a car on their repossession lot. It drove fair, had a check engine light on. I test drove it, left and the salesman called and offered to take $1,000 off that day. I went back and made my $500 down payment, filled paperwork and drove off in my car. The payments are higher, but it's a short term loan. They've been courteous to me if I'm late on my payment. They don't call threatening me when I'm late. I do plan on buying from them again, once this one is paid off.

I filed a compliant to consumer fraud division
Luckly they have accepted nd are investigating after i send all proof i had car had issueses within daus of purchasing it took to the service 5 times nd couldnt fix it each time they kept it for more .. then 3 days ..tried getting hold of thecowner theyvtold me hes out of town .. bla bla . these people are a rip off funny how they denied to toe the vehicle to get it to the service center to get "fixed" bt did toe it as soon as we missed one payment stay away from these people single mom with two kids went to get a riliable car ended up car less car got to thecpoint were it wouldnt even start they take advantage of people 😞😞response / report this review -

I am so glad I found this place!! I have little to no credit, so I wasn't sure how I would ever be able to finance a car. My salesman was Tom and he was fantastic! He explained to me that Credit King is here to help people in my situation. I told him how much I was wanting to spend and he found me several vehicles that would fit my needs and my budget. Once I picked my car, they worked with me on the down payment and set me up with payments that I could afford. I am so excited not only to be driving a car that I love, but I am also now building good credit!!

Great experience. They have an excellent sales & service team. Everyone treated me very nice and I now bring my car to get oil changes here because they do a great honest job.

Very expensive vehicles & high interest rates. Employees do not respect your budget & are rude if you are not going to be buying an expensive vehicle. Very disappointed in the service, I went and bought a vehicle some where else.

Very unprofessional half of them can not speak very good English and then if you are a week or so late on a payment they repo it with out warning and will do it in the middle of the night also you will pay more then what the vehicle is even Worth won't go back ever

I am not an employee I assure you. I am very satisfied with Credit King. They sold me a car off their wholesale lot. Yes, I will pay more in the end than it is worth but with no other options, I am glad they worked with me. The car is in great mechanical condition. I plan to get another one there when this is paid off. I have terrible credit and repossessions. I pay my payment on time so I do not worry about my car being taken. If I did miss a payment I would not be upset if they took my car since I am a higher risk of default. Make good credit decisions and you will not end up needing a buy here pay here lot.
