Helped find the best deal for my new tires. Made sure all was safe and checked out. Great experience overall

We own and operate a parts store and repair facility and have been in business for 30 years. We have purchased parts for our customers and their equipment from this place as long as this place has been in business. It has never once been a seamless experience. They cannot seem to get our business name connected to the parts we order. The parts are typically not ordered at all, ordered and lost or are ordered with some other business name on the order. As an example, last week we called and ordered a fuel shutoff valve. I know they had our name and phone number because they called back on Friday, 2 days after our order, and told me our fuel valve was there. It was late afternoon Friday and my parts runner would not make it back there that day. They told me they are closed Mondays so I told them we would pick it up on Tuesday. My guy gets there today and not one person in that place can find the order, the part, or anyone who remembers anything about the order. Then they make excuses and treat me like I made up the whole thing, simply because they cannot find the part or the order. Sadly, it's been the same exact thing with these people for all the years we have been going there. You're better off to order your parts online and save yourself and your customers all the frustration and confusion. Very poor communication and customer service, coupled with a propensity to blame the customer for anything done wrong. Run away.

I really want to keep my money in my community. But its hard when there's a 40.00 difference on a tire, or 15.00 on brakes. I'm told 40.00 to change a tire compared to 23.00 at u-save tires. After all was said and done I'd saved a hundred bucks by ordering online with only a three day wait. MAP has to order slot of parts also, so the wait isn't the issue. I understand a profit has to be made but to get my business continually theses prices must be more competitive. I feel forced to buy parts elsewhere.

I called and and discussed the parts I needed in a very detailed and careful manner to make absolutely sure that they were aware, and sure of the parts that I needed. I was told that ordering an entire gasket kit for my bike was the best way to go because without a doubt it would cover everything that I needed, and individually the parts I wanted would be more expensive. Cautious as I am, I still went through my list of parts and asked if each one individually would be in the kit that he recommended. He was absolutely positive it had them all, and even parts that I didn't need. When my kit got here it didn't include multiple items on my list. When I brought it back and told them the problem I had, I was told , "Awe, yeah, those kits don't come with everything in them." Upset, I had to order more parts. When those parts came in I talked to a different associate. He was nice and I appreciated that. I told him what had happened and asked if he could adjust the price on my second order to account for my feeling lied to. He did offer me 20% off, but also he told me he had heard this story before from customers. How many people has this happened to? Maybe other areas of the store are more helpful. Ordering parts was disappointing, time consuming, and a hassle.

Ordered parts on a Tuesday. Today is Friday. I was on the west side of town so I decided to stop in. Parts were in but I never received a call. I wonder how long that would of gone if I didn't stop in? I needed some additional parts when I arrived. Talked to a guy at the parts counter and he told me to hold on because he thought a personal phone call is more important than a customer. Poor customer service and buffoonery at its best.

This is the most professional motorcycle dealership that I have ever dealt with--and I have dealt with many over eighteen years of riding and a couple dozen bikes. My husband and I have bought six bikes from Mid-America and have been thoroughly pleased with sales, service, and administration. on each and every occasion.
I went through a gnarly warranty issue with my Honda CBR 1000RR (generated by a Honda manufacturing defect) that everyone in this dealership went above and beyond what was required to handle. I can't say enough good about the owner, the service manager, the technicians, the document/finance people. They're knowledgeable, honest, they shoot straight--if something can't be done, they tell you. Otherwise, they do the extra things to make your bike and the service or buying experience what everyone hopes for. We didn't know anybody at this dealership before we moved here a couple years ago--but they proved themselves as real motorcycle people who love bikes, ride bikes, and know their stuff. Oh, and for the other female riders out there--they are super women-rider-friendly--no condescension there--just knowledge and friendly service. This is a family business where the couple who own it are constantly involved in the business and it shows in how well it's run. I wish there were a hundred more like it in other industries!

Horrible, worse crap customer service I have ever experienced. I will NEVER go back there. I went in today and the salesman was disrespectful and rude. I can not believe the horrible treatment I had there. They just want your money and If you are just looking or needing something that is not making them money they could care less they will walk straight on over to the next customer as if your a huge inconvenience to them. I would seriously love to speak to the owner of this place and have him contact me personally and have a conversation about his employees. I will not be taking my business to this lazy company ever again.

So far my budget has only allowed me to buy a helmet here, so I can't speak to the sales or maintenance side of things. I can say that I have been in numerous times and the owner and staff have always been very friendly and no pressure - even after I tell them I was just here to window shop and dream. The owner also graciously let me take photos and use their logos for a school marketing project.

When the time comes for me to purchase a new motorcycle, they will definitely be my first stop.
