Excellent place to stay. Rooms are very nice. There are some amenities but they seem minimal. All in all though I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Very quiet and peaceful.

Stayed here the day I got to Austin and the Night before I left. Rooms were somewhat small but very comfortable and they had a very convenient shuttle service to the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a place close to the airport and doesn't want to spend a fortune.

It's very nice place to stay. But I think for the price it a little too much. For me it was cheap looking like I was at a Super 8. Yes it had the nicer covers and other stuff, but price was it could be little cheaper.

Microtel helped us even after our stay at the hotel. My family stayed at Microtel during a trip to visit UT Austin from 4/5 to 4/6/18. Our room was fairly clean, decent-sized, and reasonably priced with easy access to the highway. After discovering we had left a scarf in our room, we called Microtel and found out the scarf had been found. "Sunny" Patel arranged to return the scarf by priority mail. We appreciate the service even after our stay.

Less than average at best. The furniture is in serious need of a good cleaning. Shower is tired. Elevator floor is not for socks or bare feet. Breakfast options minimal. However the bed was clean and comfortable. Room 211. Better facilities are near by for similar cost.

Stayed here a few times for the big race. Usually pretty good. This time there was what looked like blood splatter on the ceiling

Good hotel for the price. Clean rooms and bathroom. Easy access from the airport and not too far from downtown.

TLDR: service was poor, room was smallish, towel was dirty, not recommending nor staying again. I used an OTA to book the hotel and within the reservation I specifically explained The times when I would want the "Free airport shuttle." There was no mention in the reservation confirmation about a restricted shuttle schedule. And yes, the time I wanted the shuttle was outside of the restricted schedule. I received no notice that my request would be outside the restricted schedule. Furthermore, I called the hotel to confirm how to get the shuttle bus. The receptionist only told me to call the hotel once I arrived at the airport. Again, no mention of the restricted schedule. Fast forward to arrival time. I call the hotel and the receptionist explains to me that there is no shuttle service. I explain all of the above information and the receptionist tells me to get an uber/ cab. I request reimbursement and they quickly shoot that down. I am basing most of my 2 start rating on this lackluster service. Also, the room was fairly small and one of the bath towels was dirty. I didn't fare call for a clean one due to my fear that i would be outside of the towel service schedule. Needless to say, I'm not recommending this place and not staying here ever again.

The location was fine, however, the cleanliness of the rooms and especially the staff hospitality nerds improvement. The room was nice and large but the sheets seemed dirty and slept in. The towels did not seem clean either. The staff made the stay pretty terrible. The woman who took over on the night shift kept questioning if I was even a guest there because I had to go in and out to bring up so many bags.

The room was very nice. It slept 6 people very comfortably. There was a bed on the window, a queen, and a pull out couch. Fridge and microwave also a sink and bar seating area. The room was very clean. The pool was a little small but we still enjoyed it.

The rooms are not as advertised. The management is horrible. We could not get in touch with the manager to complain for 2 weeks. The pull out sofa is really a dirty futon. The rooms smell bad. And the breakfast is stored in a room non refrigerated in plastic containers every night exposed to bugs and other contaminants. There was a fight in the parking lot while we were checking in and motorcycles where driving on the sidewalk in front of the entrance. Not a place for kids or anyone who is looking for a Good and safe night to sleep

This room was pretty disgusting. The Bed skirts had multiple spots of an unknown residue all over them on both beds. The sheets had bally knots over them making me suspicious of they had been washed or just over used. Not a crisp clean room at all. They were very stingy with towels. Book a 2 double bed room and they give 3 "sets" of mirco sized towels. I could have paid much less staying at a Motel 6 and gotten better cleanliness.

Good quiet location, cheap but great value. Clean rooms. Nearby restaurant within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent service at front desk and my room was outstanding. The room had a bar and nook area with a sofa sleeper, refrigerator, microwave, bar sink and two bar stools. Bathroom linens were all present, neat and clean. There was nothing "Micro" about this queen sized bedroom that was well equipped and SPACIOUS!
