AVOID THIS HOTEL !!! I had a horrible experience since the moment we arrived. We booked a room for Saturday, and as we arrived we were given a room that was dirty. Blankets were on the floor and no towels were provided in the restroom. I spoke with the front desk about this and they told us that room was out of service and we were given another room. The next room we had smelled bad and drawers were constantly opening because the latch was not working. The next day we checked out before 11 am to later on find out we were charged $53 dollars extra. We then called to see why we were charged and they accused us of stealing their towels and a blanket. I explained that we did not take anything and that if theirs any possibility of a mistake. They said nothing could be done about the issue because they go based on room service report which i find to be very disappointing. How are customers supposed to know what is in the room and how much of everything is supposed to be in the room. We will never come back to this hotel and i recommend that if you go make sure you take pictures of your room before getting there and after leaving.

Don't stay here. Supposed to be a refrigerator in the room. Microwave doesn't work, tub peeling, no soap or shampoo in the room. Shower was not clean. Was here for 2 days for sxsw. Did clean room or change out towels. No cable. Matter of fact no channels came in. Called front desk was told to jiggle the cord. And nope that didn't work. Very disappointed with this extended stay. I don't recommend staying here

This is an awesome budget conscious place to stay if your plan is to take advantage of the 6th Street night life. It isn't a full service hotel, so don't expect to be pampered. But you can't beat the fact that you are only blocks from the bars and restaurants, your parking is included in the hotel stay, and no need for a taxi home.

Matt at the front desk is incredibly kind and efficient. Went above and beyond to help me with bulky packages I had shipped to the hotel, and checked us in with ease. Always greets you with a smile. Thank you Matt!

Location was amazing. Right on 6th Street. Right where we needed to be. Breakfast was just a few trail mix bars. Some coffee. The room was clean. Blankets were okay. Not the best but not the worst.

Good location. Clean room. Not particularly updated. Bare bones amenities. Pay for parking but thats probably anywhere in this area.

Staff at the front desk were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and spacious. Leaves a lot to wish for on the "breakfast" though.

I went through hoops to get third party payment authentication, meaning another entity was paying for my room. They wouldn’t take the payment info over the phone since the credit card wasn’t in my name. I filled out an online form with all information regarding the entity paying for me, the representative on the phone said she was flagging my reservation, that payment would be from a third party, and when I checked in, the receptionist confirmed third party payment. He required that my personal credit card be swiped in case of damages, to which I agreed to. My card was charged for the entire stay. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, but now, the mix up is a mess for me and I’m paying out of my own pocket. I knew I should have stayed at a higher end place. Won’t happen again.

My wife and I have stayed here several times. I enjoy the security this place offers with a front door that can only be opened by the manager or your key. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

We made reservations via bookings and tried to change the dates. By the time we got there they had not updated our reservations and we had to move to another hotel. Good costumer service though

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around

Clean rooms. A bit small, but the location was perfect for the purpose of the event I was attending. They should offer better parking for multiple cars and a small Continental breakfast, but that is just me proposing stuff. Overall great experience with the room and I would stay here again .

When we arrived, your hotel was overbooked. After three confirmation emails and a day spent traveling, we arrived and were told you had no rooms available. No one called before and we arrived at 8:00 pm. Plenty of time to notify me.

After standing in the lobby for twenty minutes, frantically searching for hotels in Austin with room availability on a holiday weekend, the front desk informed us you had one handicapped room available (we booked two because we had 6 guests) and they could bring us roll out beds.

We slept practically on top of each other with beds filling the room up to the door. It was not only uncomfortable but very unsafe.

In the morning, I spoke with the manager. He rudely explained he could not refund the room and would mail me free room passes. And that was it. No apology.

I was charged 275 dollars for one night for a room we not only reserved originally, but was not completely cleaned and with an AC that wouldn't work properly.

Don't waste your time or money.
