Nice room although a bit small. Great rates. Nice location. Will stay again for sure.

They offered free haircuts for guests, pet friendly. They have a cafe that's open until 10pm. Some of the food is store bought and repacked into zip lock bags. Wasn't brave enough to try. Rooms where nice and clean

The bed is great! Adjustable and massage vibrating. The food is more comparable to gas station food than "cafe". Tv is finicky. Housekeeping is hit and miss. And the people at the front desk need to keep 'hospitality services' in mind when interacting with guests. But they offer a discounted rate for people in town for the hospital and oncology center and the hot water never runs out.

This place is fantastic!!! 1) Yes, you get a free haircut with your stay. The stylist was very nice and did a great job. 2) it has a great breakfast with many options and you can come back for snacks during lunch and dinner. 3) the rooms are comfortable and we got upgraded for free to a adjustable messaging king bed with lake views.

Pros: reasonably priced, clean rooms, staff responsive to requests. Excellent HD TV with many channels. Comfortable adjustable bed. Close to town and highways. Cons: the handicapped room did not qualify as such--the tub was almost 16" high, no safety bars, sliding toilet seat.

This hotel is nice. The rooms are a good size and they feature a microwave, safe, and a large fridge. The beds are comfy and they give you SO MANY PILLOWS without having to ask. Thank you!!! The Hotel is conveniently located near Petoskey. The toiletry situation is strange. There is no soap or shampoo. Those items are in soap dispensers glued to the wall of the shower. Weird, but workable. Great stay, good value, and would stay again.

Been here before and would like to stay again. For the area this is a simple hotelbut the best part is the food. We only ate out once a day because there was plenty of food available. The soup and chili are very good and the selection of frozen products are available.

Umm.. Complimentary haircuts?? Yeah, that's the greatest thing that I've ever heard. It has a good location. Not too far from the casino.

Comfortable adjustable beds, movie rentals, free food, popcorn and cookies. Nice size TV, microwave and ref. Close to shopping and casino . Always friendly staff and great rates

Have stayed in hundreds of motels, several this past couple of weeksfor me, what I need an like, this is the best motel I have ever stayed at. It beats all the big name competitors. Great bathroom with on the wall liquid soap & shampoo right where you need itpower adjustable beds with massagehome made food plus favorite snacks included morning through 10 PMand believe it or not professional male and female haircuts also included by appointmentmy wife still talks about how good the Chili wasit's not the Ritz but you'll like it better.
