Stay was okay. Sound with room above was awful. It sounded like big foot was walking around. The bed was okay but the pillows were not my style. I was up at 2:00am trying to adjust my pillow and blankets were a flannel sheet and a too warm quilt style topper. They did have nice amenities in the bathroom as well as a kerig coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. The breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel.

Very nice accommodations, and a welcoming staff. The courtesy limo is a nice touch too!! Their level of hospitality definitely exceeds 'normal' experiences. This is my place to stay anytime I visit Petoskey!

For the price this was great. Nice pool, hot tub, breakfast. Our TV and bathroom lights didn't work, but the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great service and the breakfast was one of the better Continental breakfasts I've had at a hotel. The pool and hot tub was nice as well. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. I'd stay here again for sure.

The hotel is very current and well maintained, with clean rooms and a friendly staff. The rooms are quiet, though some traffic noise comes in on the rooms facing the road. Many of the rooms have new beds, though mine was extra firm. They have a good breakfast each morning. I stay here when in Petoskey for business.

Very nice staff and helpful too - helped us find a few places to eat which we'll be trying later tonight. Clean room and beautiful view if your room is at he backside of the hotel. Workout area is definitely lacking but you can get a good workout if you're not picky and feeling creative. Shopping area just south of the hotel on the west side of the road makes for an easy quick pit stop for supplies. Very pleased with my stay.

This hotel was pretty awesome. Nicest place we've stayed at in Petoskey. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. They have a limo service that will take you anywhere in town for free. FOR FREE! The driver was very nice and pleasant to talk with. The view fom our suite on the fourth floor was breathtaking (valley side). Needless to say we will be back.

Ronnie at the front desk made this trip perfect for us. We've never been to Petoskey so we were clueless where to go. He guided us with great maps, recommendations and where to find Petoskey stones. The limo ride was great and the driver was very helpful with his recommendation. We will be back!! The room was amazing and I really want to take the bed home with me haha.

Really enjoyed the pool, the queen suite was awesome, had all the amenities we needed, breakfast was pretty good, had a wide variety of options. Our greatest experience was Matt the limo driver, he was fantastic! Took our group including 7 young girls for a ride in the limo, very friendly & something they will never forget. Over all we had a wonderful experience!

This hotel was terrible. the heating and cooling system was not working and was very loud . in fact, it did not allow us to sleep and made us sick.
In addition, the staff was rude and threatening and made my stay very bad. Stay away from this residence.response / report this review -

One of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at. Rooms are very nice and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is great with a wide variety of food. Very nice pool and very nice hallways. My only complaint is that rooms are more expensive if you want a view of the Bear River valley.

The staff was great. They went above and beyond to help me out. The room was very clean and nice. My only complaint was we were directly above the pool and could smell the chlorine. But the rest was awesome.
