The staff os very nice. Place is super clean. Continental breakfast is very good.

Stayed there for a wedding at castle farms. Comfy beds. TV quality was meh. Breakfast was just okay outside of the waffle maker, which was good. Entrance off the road is at the church which can be confusing.

Returning customers, friendly faces and nice, clean rooms. Always a plus having the Jacuzzi tub in the room and not on the bathroom. Highly recommended

The rooms were acceptable. The walls were thin and the wifi was shoddy. The breakfast was mostly edible. The pool was certainly a pool.

This hotel is by far one of the best I have been to. The staff are all friendly. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are big. Nice breakfast too :)

This place is great. We needed a place last minute due to a family member being in the hospital and they offer an amazing discount for situations like this. The room is clean and the staff is very friendly.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Easy biking distance to town with clearly marked bike trails. Breakfast is simple but good (would be better if they were more environmentally conscious and replaced use of plastic utensils/cups and paper plates though)

Room was very nice, and modern. There is two stories but ,There is NO elevator. If you have issues with going up stairs, be sure to book for the first floor. The clerks at the front desk were very nice. We enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend

We booked our wedding block at this hotel and also stayed here ourselves several times before the wedding as well as the wedding weekend itself. Their staff was great and easy to work with when setting up the wedding block too. The rooms are always very clean and the staff has always been very pleasant. Housekeeping is always on top of it. We loved how spacious our room was and how soft and cozy the bed was. Never had a problem with the water pressure or temperature in the rooms when we stayed here either. There were no complaints from any of our wedding guests who also booked at this hotel. The only thing that I think could use a little work is to have a little more variety in the breakfast and a few more options. We stayed there for three nights and two of the mornings the main hot option was biscuits and gravy. I suppose that is personal preference, but I will say that their waffles are on point and the rest of the breakfast was fantastic! Overall the breakfast is well above average.
While staying here, we also used their main pool and hot tub. As a young couple without kids, we absolutely loved that there is a curfew for the kids of 10pm but that adults can use those facilities until midnight! That is totally awesome and very relaxing.response / report this review -

Very nice place, quaint, clean, quiet. Nicely decorated, nice pool, comfortable beds, nice showers, good cable channel selections.
Very friendly, personable staff. In close proximity to Charlevoix, an amazing, beautiful little town. Definitely worth the money.response / report this review
