Bought a car here recently and have been very happy with it and especially the perks that come with it like free Car Washes and Oil Changes for as long as you own the vehicle, no limit on washes etc. The bosses are easy to talk to and have gone above and beyond to satisfy any issues I've had.

Bought the Lexus RX from this dealer ship. Happy with the car but not happy with service at this dealership. Their car wash machine is the issue. They kept the sign that car washing is closed . Service department is not prompt and have excuses. Recommendations: buy the car from different dealership.

Most of these reviews are very biased. I have found the service level at Lexus of Mishawaka to have declined over the past few years. It is now unacceptable. Their service advice is inappropriate and they use poorly trained service technicians to do the work. (their admission) I recommend buying a comparable Toyota or something else. Lexus is not well served by this dealership.

I was recently shopping for a new vehicle and went to this dealership and my experience was amazing. We had a phenomenal salesperson named Shirley and she is the reason I wanted to purchase this car. Her personality and sales technique were awesome. I cannot say enough about Shirley and Mr. Watson they both made this a great buying experience. I recently brought my Lexus in for an airbag recall. I was also having an intermittent vibration issue and I asked them to investigate while they had the car. The airbag was replaced satisfactorily. The diagnosis for the vibration was communicated to me via phone and email. I elected to have it fixed as the issue was getting worse and could have eventually stranded me and did very serious damage to the car. I was also made aware of another lesser issue. After spending $2000 I drove my car home and discovered that the vibration had NOT been fixed. The diagnostic skills of their technicians seem to be limited to what the "computer" tells them to replace. I strongly suspect the car was not driven after the repairs were made or they would have found the expense they had recommended to be misdiagnosed.
Very competent service writer but technicians I would not expect to find at a Lexus dealership.

Great place to go if you want screwed over. The used cars are not at all of quality. Merely thrown together to last about a year or so. The people in the back detailing cars are rude, as well as a few of the mechanics. They squeeze money out of people who don't know better. The people up front for the most part are very nice but make fun of many customers who came in. There are a few people there who are good people. But you don't ever see them. It's unfortunate behind the scenes this place is garbage.

We enjoyed our time at Lexus of Mishawaka. They made a sometimes stressful experience of buying a new car very easy and enjoyable. Alicja was our salesperson and she was especially helpful at putting us at ease and finding just the right car for my wife. I can't say enough good things about Lexus of Mishawaka. We purchased a new vehicle in 2015. After several issues and two years, the dealership stood behind their vehicle and worked with us to resolve each issue to the point of involving the corporate office of Lexus. Norma Jean, our original salesperson, was involved each step of the way, helping us long after the sales had been made. She advocated on our behalf, as did the dealership to corporate. After the first few problems, I vowed never to purchase another Lexus. Now, after watching how they never stopped fighting to correct the problems to my satisfaction, I would never purchase a vehicle from any other dealership. They believe in their products and work to make sure your experience with Lexus and their dealership is beyond what you could even hope to have with a car dealership. I can't imagine any other dealership standing behind their customers the way the Lexus of Mishawaka has for me. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

One of my best customer service experience I ever had with a Lexus dealership. I am new to South Bend coming from Texas. My GX460 battery was bad. Doug Fine Service manager personally took care of me. He took me in early in the morning and provided a loaner. Outstanding communication regarding the status of my SUV. My SUV was ready that afternoon and was nicely washed as well. My hats off to Doug for going above and beyond on what Lexus does best "World Class Customer Service". Brought our LS460 in for ad oil change and inspection since we had recently purchased it used. The car was an employee's personal car so we were excited it had been well taken care of and services documented. Well we never got an inspection report when we did the oil change, like we had on our other vehicles we were told everything was perfect. Now 3 weeks later, the rear pads have 0℅ life and the car is undriveabke without new pads and new rotors since they are scored. Thanks Lexus of Mishawaka, had you inspected the car you would have gained more business. But instead we will tell everyone to stay far away.

I've leased four cars here. The cars are superb and so is the service. Sales staff never pushy, Alicija Debicka very gracious. Often provided with a loaner for service appointments. Can't beat the smooth ride and sound systems in these cars.
