Excellent service! They have everything including freshly made sushi, espresso, and pizza. They even have a hot bar for lunch! I love their large selection of cheese including Wisconsin cheese. I wish there were more Metcalf's.

Quality, but a little pricey. Staff helpful, professional and go out of their way to help you. Have good quality products and seem to be organized and clean. I enjoy going there. Also like the various little buffet stations carrying a nice variety of foods for their customers. There are also a few tables for sitting and eating.

We love their burgers. Very helpful. Great meat and fish. Try skatewing, just sauteed in butter. Wonderful treat. Always have several varieties of fresh salmon. Scottish salmon is unbelievable and less expensive than other stores.

Management recently renovated the whole building. Has improved greatly in style and I consider this the main grocery store I go to. Produce once and a while seems to be picked through. They have a great deli, bakery, and meats/fish. Also their beer selection is awesome!

Great variety of food! High quality, unique and hard to find inventory stock. Great environment. Fun place to experience different foods. Great meat variety. Seafood selection is on par with high end markets.
Higher prices are apparent but worth it.

It's close to home, and I enjoy the variety of foods they have!! They have samples of foods on the weekends. They hire employees who are Deaf, and disabled.

Their prices are a little higher than other places, but they have higher quality items. Their fruit is usually good and they have a good deli selection.

I was treated to very poor customer service at the deli when I asked for salami and provolone. I was unable to come up a quick answer for the type of salami so the woman behind the counter actually game me a hands up exacerbated look and by the time I had made a panicked decision she had disappeared to slice the closest provolone she could find. When I had to clarify my salami choice she made a big show of throwing things around to let me know it was inconvenient. There is a significant premium associated with this "premium" store but I feel like I am not getting what I paid for. The produce is never consistent. Especially bananas and avocados. I would recommend going to the 2 other grocery stores in the immediate vicinity

Love love this place. Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome meat, fish, cheese fruits and vegetables just to name a few of the top quality food available. If you want great quality a nice place to shop with friendly people this is the place to go you can even get a great selection of liquor and flowers as well as eat at the sit down cafe for some good food and drinks

It's a big store with alot of options available, but I feel like you pay for it. The prices are higher on basic food items, and I was disappointed in the prices for beer, wine and liquor. Again, you are going to get a great selection, but don't come looking for a bargain.

Excellent butcher, cheese, and beer/wine selection. This is my favorite grocery store in Milwaukee. Underwent a renovation recently, and added some hot dine-in options and a cozy seating area. Good service, never long lines to check out. A bit more expensive than a pick n save but worth it IMO.

Love this place, produce is very good, deli and the bakery are also of high quality. Sushi is also pretty damn awesome! Staff is friendly and accommodating, I totally recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality grocery store. With that said, they aren't the cheapest so common none perishable items could be purchased elsewhere.
