Great service!! I took my car into the dealership to get a couple of things repaired. I spoke to Rick Williams who got me in right away, gave me a loaner while the repairs were being done and kept me updated through out the repair time. The whole staff was very courteous and professional. I don't normally write reviews but I think that these guys deserve it. They did a great job on my car.

I visited several dealerships in three different states in my car search this past winter. I can say without a doubt that my experience working with MB of Palm Springs was by far the best. Both the manager, Gary, and Brenda, were super helpful and very responsive throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond my expectations on multiple occasions and helped make the purchase as easy as possible. My next vehicle will undoubtedly come from them again. Just leased a 2017 S Class sedan from manager Gary Whitaker at MB of Palm Springs. This was, without question, the single best vehicle acquisition experience I have ever had. Great price and lease terms (!) with clear and concise paperwork. Everything was completely visible and transparent throughout the process. There were no mysteries in the numbers. No surprises anywhere in the process. Nothing to have to try to unravel or figure out. It was all upfront and professional from start to finish. The level of customer service from everyone we met at the dealership was first class. It was so good I'm actually looking forward to taking the car in for its first service so I can meet the service staff.
