Very dark. Food arrived quickly that was nice. Portions were fair but expensive. Not sure I would go back. And the staff was weird and called us kids and young lady and young man not a fan

My servers name was Jose he was amazing he let us know that it might be a wait for our food due to staffing issues but we didn't mind since we work in the industry He checked on us every 5-10 minutes. Food was worth the wait. Definitely recommend going and if you have to wait trust me it's worth it

Richard was fantastic! Truly one of a kind. He got our food right out and corrected the drink we didn't like. What a awesome server! We will be back one hundred percent just because of the service.

Great fresh fish. Rolls are huge and have great flavor. You get what you paid for. Also have fresh wasabi. Mango roll was delicious. Also can get real crab in substitution for imitation crab. Naked roll was also delicious.

Be sure to ask for the all you can eat menu. It's a great deal, the fish is fresh and delicious and you can't go wrong (unless you eat too much). They don't advertise the all you can eat menu, but if you ask for it you wont be sorry!

Me and my husband eat out very very often, it's always nice to be greeted with smiling faces and happy attitudes. The hostess here was very sullen and did not smile once and acted like she was being put out by any questions we asked her. We had reservations for the sushi bar, she indicated to us that we would have to sit in the bar area not at the sushi bar, when she left to seat another party (who was equally as unhappy as us!) we sat ourselves at the sushi bar. The hostess never came to give us menus or ask if our seats were okay and after 10 minutes of being completely ignored and realizing that nobody at the bar had food we realized that this was not the sushi place for us. I believe the staff is what sets the energy for the restaurant and the staff at this restaurant looked pretty miserable so we got up and left. In addition to all this the prices are extremely over-inflated for what they charge for one glass of wine you could buy a whole bottle of Kim Crawford we'll stick to our regular sushi places that actually look like they're happy to see us!

Sushi was amazing. It blew my mind out of the water. The food combined with the service makes for an excellent example of what a good restaurant should be. I highly recommend the all-you-can eat sushi. If you can eat at least 3 rolls then is well worth the price since each roll is about $10-$15. 10/10 Would eat here again.

Had dinner there last night. Reason for 3 stars is that we noticed a table next to us that had a different menu (All you can eat menu). We weren't offered that menu and asked our server about it. (After we had already ordered our meal). She said that it is only offered to the "locals and people who know about it". WTF!? It's on their web-site! I called today and the manager today said that the owner doesn't want it published. Uh!?
It's on your web site!!!!! People should know

Okura is a fantastic restaurant. We had the garlic edamane which were amazing. The rolls were great too. The rainbow roll was savory, the caterpillar roll was perfectly sweet, and the volcano roll was the perfect amount of spicy. Darnell was an excellent server always prompt and anticipating our needs. Was an incredible experience and would definitely come back.
