Friendly and helpful staff. We had a few challenges getting our original reservation right, but they got our party together and solved the problem. We were there for Thanksgiving and they hosted an awesome Thanksgiving dinner and guests added potluck. Clean and well stocked bathrooms. Pool and fitness center. Every RV spot has some grass.

We stayed a week, very clean park, nice people. But, we could not get good TV service or internet service. We went into the office several times and it just would not work for us. At their prices, we expected to be able to get good TV service and good internet service. Free coffee was nice. Didn't happen.

Although this is an older park, it's very clean and nicely cared for. The bathrooms/showers are really nice. The path around the pond was great for walking our dogs. And they accommodated our late night arrival, which was much appreciated by sleepy travelers.

Terrible service. The owner cares about money more than customers. They forgot to bill me for "certain charges" that they missed and called me 2 months later to say I owe them. It's not my problem your disorganized and forgot to bill me correctly. Instead of eating the charges they have now lost a regular customer. The pool has been out of service I can't tell you how many times!!! The bathrooms are never as clean as they could be. If your looking for a better RV resort try Emerald Desert. Much better than this place!!!

Hi Missy I’ve receive your new contract document and find it just too much of an agreement
for rental of a RV parking space and to much for me to comprehend, it would require me hiring a lawyer to intrepid to insure I’m not giving away my first born. There is just too much onus but on the tenant and nothing on the owner. I have no intent in hiring a lawyer therefore will not be signing or initial your contract document. So please return my down payment of $500.00.

    Warn Regards.

We love Shaddow Hills RV Park. We feel safe and secure. Everyone is friendly. There is a lot to do.
Lemons from their trees are yummy. Every part of the park immaculately kept. Several areas have been upgraded or remodeled lately.
We only wish they had not reduced the size of the main off leash doggie pen, since it was already quite small. Perhaps it will be mproved upon in the future.
We are always happy to arrive and sad to leave, Shaddow Hills..🐎🐾💃

We had a great stay. We were traveling from LA to the grand canyon. Our initial plan was to visit Joshua tree but we found it to warm to have a stay without AC. We were the only visitors at the park and felt very welcome. Dawn baked delicious cookies for the five of us, the kids even got a goodie bag. Excellent pool. Thx Missy, Dawn and Henry for the hospitality.
