My overall experience was fantastic! The entire staff was pleasant and very friendly. Mitch was my salesman, he was very knowledgeable, very personable and his customer service skills are unmatched. Orland Park Mercedes has been First Class with Customer Service. Nick Garvey went beyond what I expected regarding delivery of a new truck, a gift for my wife . He literally was texting me at 6am confirming how he had a surprise delivery set up for an early AM surprise.

Working with the staff at MBOP is a pleasure. My salesman, Nick, was committed to making sure I purchased the car that best suited my style, desires and needs. He didn't rush me into a decision or try to oversell me. I'm thrilled with my new sedan and though it took me over a week of testing different style cars, I made a decision that I am very happy with. In addition to a very smooth purchasing process, Nick took extraordinary time walking me through all of the technology and perks my Mercedes has- making sure I knew how to operate everything on the car & happily has fielded my phone calls when I haven't been sure how something works. Went in to look at cars, the second I asked to see a C63 AMG the man helping me laughed in my face and pretty much said let me know if I had any serious questions and walked back inside.. I understand that I'm young and look like a douche, but you lost a sale.. Take all customers seriously.. Went over to Ziegler BMW, bought myself an M6 and had possibly the best customer service experience that I have ever had or could have hoped for.. If you really want a Mercedes, go elsewhere.

I bought my first Mercedes Benz today from Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park. I was helped by the Absolute Best Salesman Nick. He went above and beyond in assisting me. I received the car that I wanted within the desired pay range that I requested. My entire experience with Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park was Great.

Excellent customer service!! They always treat me like royalty when I arrive! They open the door for me, seat me in the waiting room, offer me beverages and snacks, my wait time is never more than 10 minutes, and they always give me one of the newest cars to drive as a loaner (which makes me want to upgrade)! I have a MB dealership closer to me, Shererville, (they are terrible) but for the service I consistently receive in Orland Park, I'll keep driving 30 minutes out of my way just for them!

Hands down one of the best car buying experiences from beginning to end. Nick my salesman was extremely professional and no nonsense. I was straight forward on what I was looking for and the price, he respected that and we were able to agree on what I believed to be the best deal I could of received. If you are looking for a new or pre owned car I HIGHLY recommend stopping in. You will be treated as a person and not a "deal to be made"

Outstanding customer service received at Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park throughout my three year relationship with them. In particular, my salesman, Nick Garvey, went above and beyond to assist me with the recent purchase of my MB vehicle. Following a death in my family as my lease came to an end I was not interested in new car shopping. Nick worked out all the purchase details on my current leased vehicle with me on the phone and then offered to meet me at my home to finalize the paperwork. I received a loaner for the day while the service department detailed my car and returned it to me "showroom ready!" Nick's professionalism is UNmatched in the industry. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire line of MB automobiles, maintenance/warranty programs & finance/lease options. As we prepare to add another vehicle to our household, I had many questions and no matter what question I threw at him, Nick had the answer. I have to say as a busy professional, these guys are top-notch. Service is definitely their number one priority. I really appreciate their flexibility and accommodations. I couldn't get in to do my service and they sent a loaner car (brand new sedan) and picked up my car and when they couldn't get back to me on time (which I did not expect), they decided to do a complete detail!!!!! Then they returned my vehicle back to my home and picked up their loaner. Amazing! Who does such a thing anymore in the service industry?? I am now a loyal customer. They treat you with respect and talk to you as if you are educated. You have high expectations when you buy a high end car. They understand that. They have won me over and I appreciate the efforts.
