As always I was treated with professionalism and efficiency when having my car worked on. Jacob Flores always explains things clearly when it comes to my car’s maintenance. I appreciate that he always has my back. I will always bring my car to Melloy for service.

I got into the vehicle i wanted. They signed me up for a silver plan protection told me it was free and its not, i have to pay 2500. I also believe the car was priced a little high. But the guys were pretty cool.

The customer service when at Melloy is Truly Exceptional. Nissan is an awesome car to begin with., and no matter which car or truck we want, they have been able to get it done. I can not imagine buying a car anywhere else!!

The Service Department Manager, Mike was wonderful. He took the time to explain the situation/status of my vehicle. He alleviated my stress that occurred when I first brought my vehicle in. Ask for Mike if you need extra guidance.

Great dealership. Almost bought a used vehicle from this guys with a much better warranty than others offer on used vehicles. Super friendly staff, no pressure to buy. 10/10. Would consider getting next car from here.
Update: didn't end up buying a car from here in the end. The sales manager was unwilling to budge on the price. We spent a few hours over several days. I would highly recommend the sales person Jadd Mustafa. Great guy, was extremely polite and pleasant.response / report this review -

Wonderful experience. I went in needing a car, but had absolutely no idea what I was looking for. The salesman who helped me, Shannon, spent two full hours helping me find the right car for me, within my budget. He was so patient, kind, and helpful. I ended up with a car I absolutely love!

I was recently traveling through Albuquerque, when an issue arose with my 2010 Armada. The service guy Brian was so extremely helpful, and even though they were booked the only day I was staying, he was able to get my vehicle in, diagnosed, and repaired. They made it feel like I was a priority to them, even though I had no appointment and on an extreme time crunch. These guys were great and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Albuquerque area. Thanks again service team!

My experiences with Melloy Nissan, and particularly my salesman, Shannon Andrews have always been exceptional!! Even after several months of owning my 2016 Nissan Versa, he has been helpful and gone out of his way to assist me and get me any information as quickly as possible that I've asked for. Shannon always answers his phone, or calls me back within a reasonable amount of time, and is ALWAYS, pleasant, and courteous. The service department as well, Chris Del Frate, has been a great big help with my vehicle service needs. Thank you, everyone at Melloy Nissan!! I will continue to recommend you all to my friends and family!!

Had a great experience with Edgar! Took me out, let me test 3 different cars & made sure one would fit in my car port! Very friendly & made the process of purchasing my first car less frightening. Also, I appreciate that they did what they could to get me the best deal!
