Room smelled like an old smelly ashtray. I asked for a non smoking room and what I got was far from it. I should have spent a few more bucks for a more quality stay.

Was outside for the event do didn't see much. Looked alright and there was decent parking. Right in Jericho Tnpk so good location.

Small bathrooms. Small garbages and if you leave garbage in your room like food boxes (even neatly left on the dresser-because their garbages are too small to fit anything in and there is only one) they threaten to not let you stay there. I was a very frequent guest who would stay many nights in a row and am so thankful I don't have to anymore. The staff is unfriendly and very unaccomodating. Their is also very limited parking especially at night and the spots are very small and I have a big car. I parked next to a hatch and went over it a little bit so that hopefully my car didn't get banged by another car door and the employee in the office came barging out of the office and told me I had to fix my car. Like really?! Why does she care? I wish I had gotten her name because this was also the unfriendliest customer service person EVER! The only thing favorable about that place is the Jacuzzi room where the Jacuzzi is shaped like a heart.

After hours of searching for a modestly priced hotel I decided to book the motor lodge based off the hot tub suite. Upon arrival the attendant had no clue about my reservation that I had placed the night before, but luckily still had a room available. Although it wasn't the classiest of stays I cant complain much otherwise. I'd stay there again based off of the price and location, just verify your room is actually booked.

I came here because it was close to work and didn't feel like driving all the way back to Brooklyn. For about 8 hours I paid $81. Parking is ample, front desk was very helpful and nice. The room itself was aquatic themed with mirrors on the ceiling and against the beds headboard wall. Area is very quiet so I got ample sleep for my evening shift. Shower runs nice and hot. No shampoo, but I keep my own toiletries. There are little bars of soap, 2 towels and a small towel for your use. I have absolutely no complaints. The bed and linen was fresh. I will definitely be returning here when I don't feel like driving back into Brooklyn again. Hard to find a cheap, yet good hotel anywhere anymore.

The attendant at the front desk was exceptionally nice - he deserves 5 stars! But the hotel itself, was not that nice. The bed was too soft for my liking, there was no shampoo, the pressure for the shower was non existent ,it took me like 5 minutes just to get my hair wet enough to put the body bar soap in my hair, the toilet seat moved every time I sat down on it, and the remote control for the TV didn't work. There was also this strange smell in the room. I guess it's just really old? Maybe a few upgrades to the place, and it'll be great!
