It is good but need some more facilities like refrigerator and mirowave oven should be placed in every room.
Exceptional staff and services. I had a pleasant experience. The room was so well kept and breakfast great.
Our room had bedbugs! I only saw 1 but my wife and I woke up with bites all over. Other than that it was a nice hotel in a good location and good price.
We went here for the NYC Maker Fair, so the location of this hotel was very good. There are many authentic restaurants in the area, and Flushing has a vibrant culture. The hotel itself was nothing fancy, but it got the job done satisfactorily. My one complaint is that our room keys never seemed to work. We had to go down to the front desk two or three times during our stay to get the keys fixed.
Great customer service, decent breakfast and $1 waters at the front desk. Limited to no overnight parking nearby. Extra towels, blankets, and pillows brought promptly.
Rooms are decent and are pretty clean. The area is not too bad. The gym sucks though.
Hotel is a little dated but the overall experience was pretty good. The location is excellent within Flushing. Close to restaurants, retail and subway/public transit.
Staff was helpful when I requested their help for a taxi. I would recommend this location.
The location is close to all the good food and main Street is one block away with all the transit nearby. Room and service is decent, can't complain much since the good hotel already fully book
Simply keep comfort affordable for a good night's sleep..The staff was great in all of keeping the guest(us) happy I'll surely be back 😊
We need to be careful in the lobby. My parents were robbed when they were checking in the lobby. The total tour got ruined when my parents lost their bag when they were doing check-in. The receptionist was not co-operative that time and they were entirely focused on the issue with the receptionist and forgot to keep an eye on the bag
Excellent location, very convenient to the subway and bus stops, lots of dining options surrounding the hotel. Excellent value for the stay
For the price point, I would recommend this Best Western. The front staff was extremely friendly. When we arrived, I mentioned I was hungry and the man working gave me a granola bar, and recommended us a fantastic place to eat. The rooms were fairly clean. The bathroom floor could of been a bit cleaner, but everything else was fine. The beds very comfortable. The location is fantastic; right in the heart of China Town, with only a couple minutes walk to the subway station (line 7) that gets you to Times Square, Grand Central, or Fifth Ave in about 30 minutes. It's also an extremely short cab ride from La Guardia airport. If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel for your visit to NYC, this hotel is a great option.
