Very overpriced. Filthy dirty rooms with what looks like 1970's furniture. The walls have been patch numorous times. The metal tabs from the concrete forms were still there sticking up out of the carpet 1 1/2" or so. The fake wood grain had pulled of of the bathroom mirror exposing the plastic or fake wood. The only parking they have is Valay at 14.00 per night. I parked and walked in and they gave me a receipt for my key. The next morning I went down and they gave me my key and I walked out to my car and left. One morning they could not find my key. I waited about 20 minutes. They did credit my parking back to me. My room cost 225.00 per night. I will never go back there again.

The service was adequate. Paying for Valet Parking was excessive and not optional. The double bed room (2 queen size beds) was ocean liner cramped. The bed mattresses were of extremely poor quality and uncomfortable to sleep in. The building's location from an architectural point is poorly planned. From a 5 star rating grade it receives a 2 star rating.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to others and I plan to use it again.

Newly renovated. Clean rooms, comfy bed, and friendly staff. Good to stay here if your flying to and from la Guardia airport.

Charged twice for parking. I notified manager & she said there was nothing she could do. The hotel is being torn apart. The check in took about 30 minutes & the guy literally had to put the printer together in order to print my receipt. Very unprofessional.

The front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had nice variety. My kids loved the pancake making machine. The free shuttle to the Woodhaven Blvd metro station is convenient. It was great being such a short distance from the parks and to the NY Hall of Science. Gave us something to do the morning before our flight. I wish the free newspapers they give out were something other than USA Today though

Under construction. Old buildings. Walls seems to have no insulation. Been here only once as our flight got cancelled and we had to stay that night. Choose the nearest available. Couldn't sleep well, noisy neighbors through till 2pm. Heater was noisy and smelled, may be it was just our room. But room itself was spacious, clean bed and restrooms.
