After a horrible day of travel we got to the Crowne. The woman who checked us was AMAZING. Very pleasantly surprised by how the hotel looked. Very clean. Has a lounge and a separate restaurant. I definitely recommended staying here.

We have had nothing but a pleasant experience during our stay here. The lobby and rooms are beautifully maintained and the staff is beyond helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

A hook in the bathroom was missing. Shower handle was loose and very difficult to turn and get to a temperature that was not too hot or too cold. Very cheap fixtures. Brother in law staying there had the same problem. A battery in the safe was not working when we got there so we had to have someone come up and fix. A makeup mirror in the bathroom was up too high for me to use. I guess if you are over 5’5 it might be ok. That said, the room was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Beautifully appointed entrance, comfortable spacious rooms with wonderful beds. gracious staff and wonderful to work with. This is our second time there and we'll be back again!

Nice hotel. Had a few issues that took longer to resolve than i think should have. Clean nice little bar and restaurant. Great breakfast buffet!

Everything was fine. The handicapped shower had no lip on the bottom and so the water flowed all over the bathroom floor. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Went to a birthday party in a banquet room. Hotel and staff who worked the party were nice and attentive. Food was good. Did not stay overnight

Modern hotel with large stylish lobby. Check out the Coy pond. Bar and restaurant looks decent. Fitness center modern and we'll equipped. Rooms are modern, bed and linens comfortable and luxurious. No pool. No included breakfast. But you can get it at the on-site restaurant, for extra charge.

Nice hotel! Wasn't really expecting it to be as nice as it was. Rooms are clean and updated. Staff was friendly. They had a crib for my daughter which was very convenient. The bar was a lovely spot to hang out. Wish the game room and Gym we're a little bit bigger, but other than that no complaints!

Everything was great for our stay. We were in for a friend's wedding and the staff were all very accommodating. Very nice facilities and large, clean rooms. I'd definitely recommend it.

It was a rough day for me as I was leading and I was VERY sick. But it's a nice hotel and Diego was the most helpful person I've ever dealt with in helping run a meeting. The Crowne Plaza is lucky to have him. He makes it a great place to have a meeting/training/conference.

Outward facing rooms were great, but the privacy curtains of the inward facing rooms left a lot to be desired. All in all a comfortable, pleasant experience.

Went for Mother's Day brunch. The food was just OK, not great but a good variety and all you can eat. Decently priced as well. Good ambience.

The rooms are above average. However o the ceiling in the room is a little low. The resturant is fantastic and I recommend paying the extra for the buffet breakfast
