  Ordered using their online storefront. Pieces came very quickly and were exactly what I needed. Emailed support 4 months after the purchase about an issue with a piece I hadn't used until then, and they were incredibly prompt (response in ~10 minutes) and immediately resolved the problem. Great customer service, highly recommended.

  Place has tremendous selection of merchandise to run your facility. Service top notch, deliveries many times happen in the afternoon when I placed an order in the morning. Have also used them for items I needed for my home.

  I ordered some gas and oil resistant o rings to do carb repair. I orders Monday and it was delivered by Tuesday! Only thing I can complain about is the fact that when ordered online I was not given a shipping price until I was billed.

  McMaster has been an enjoyable go-to for product needs for manufacturing projects, engineering projects, and the like. The website and layout is superb, as is the customer service and will-call pick-up in Elmhurst. Comes in clutch regularly.

  So impressed! Had an electronics issue with a digital torque wrench we had bought in January and they overnighted us a new one right away and also paid the return shipping on the malfunctioning one. Will definitely be shopping there for future purchases.

  Mcmaster-carr is not a place for bargin shopping and cut throat pricing. They are a reasonably priced one stop shop for everything you need for your business and they execute like no other company I've worked with. The logistics and accuracy of the ordering and shipments are outstanding. They have excellent organization of the website and make purchasing fast and easy.

  They are "Mc Masters" at their craft. Top notch. Great for engineers for prototype building and great for factory needs as well. They have saved me many a time with late calls and next day air to great will call times at Elmhurst.

  I placed an order for a new hand truck and what I received was a used hand truck for the low price of $315 (plus $70 shipping).
  
  I contacted them and they are picking up and shipping a new one, but the charged me for the second hand truck immediately and did not credit the original.
  
  Very dissatisfied with my first (and last) order.
