Charles Jasinski was the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I have been buying cars for over 40 years and this is the first time I enjoyed it. He was very knowledgeable about the car. Charles helped me set up my phone system. He went out of his way to make certain I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend doing business with him.

Went in to get a newer vehicle that included a warranty. On a budget, single mom with 3 young kids. Jeremy found a vehicle that was my favorite color, in my price range and brand new ( warranty). He also got my kids pizza as we thought we were just going to look and ended up buying so it took a little longer. Great guy great place. Would definitely send anyone of my friends or family members there.

Once again the entire staff at Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram blew us away with their 'customer first' focus and hassle free car buying experience. Noah was knowledgeable and professional while listening to what we really needed/wanted in our next vehicle. Noah pulled up a vehicle that we never would have even considered and it was perfect for us. We are very happy.

As always I continue to return to the same dealership and the same salesman and manager. Sergio and Aaron make it such a good experience. Sergio is always straight with me and with give me his personal and sales opinion. I never have to question if things are too good to be true. They really are true. Sergio took the time with me to really help make the right decision and make sure I was happy and confident with my purchase. As always, Aaron worked the magic to make sure my numbers were within my range and my comfort zone. Overall, I will always recommend this dealership and these people.

Taylor Dodge worked with me and got me the vehicle I wanted and helped me keep it within my budget requirements. I owed money on my previous car, got a newer nicer vehicle, and still got lower payments! Sergio went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my services! The Taylor team's service was way over and above my expectations! My experience buying my vehicle from this place was truly a gift. Starting with Sergio my awesome sales person, to the Finance dept., the Mechanic who listened carefully about a noise I heard in the engine and taught me a little about me car at the same time, to the guy that transferred my plates and even the General Manager who stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. All treated us like family. They were able to facilitate a truly personal happy moment for me when getting to check off a bucket list item in my Mini Cooper Roadster Convertible!! I actually hated this process before my experience with Sergio and Team! I will deal with this dealership again and spread the word about how wonderful everyone is at Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My wife and I have purchased a lot, and I stress a lot, of cars and trucks from Ray Marko and the Taylor team. There was only 1, 2017 Jeep Renegade with the equipment that I wanted in the Chicago area. Ray arranged to secure the Jeep and have it available for me. The process was smooth and very quick.
Upon each and every visit, we are greeted with a genuine and enthusiastic experience!
Ray Marko will take his time to ensure that every possible option has been explored.

From the moment we got there Joe took care of us. The truck we had been looking for had already been sold. But he had a ram for us to test drive and it was everything he said it would be. One dealer swore there was no way we would be able to get a loan or the type of vehicle we wanted. Joe and the people at Taylor made it happen no problem no hassle. Will go there for all of our vehicles from here on out. Outstanding customer service.

I recently visited Taylor Jeep and I couldn't have had a better experience. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable sales people all around. I was fortunate enough to work with Sergio. I was treated like family by all the staff at Taylor. The general manager and sales manager are outstanding! They truly made my experience as good as possible and worked incredibly hard to get me a great rate! My salesmen made sure that there was never a dull moment, throughout the whole process. Lol

Moved away from the area and missing this dealership. Haven't found any that even come close to the atmosphere and service this dealership provides. If you have never been there for a car, you are missing out.

Just closed on my fifth Charger from Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and I couldn't be more pleased. Once again Ray Marko went above and beyond in getting the car of my dreams, a "Yellow Jacket ' bright yellow Charger that I'd wanted for a decade or longer. Ray searched out the vehicle, found it at another dealer (out of state), secured the vehicle, and, as always, got me a terrific deal. I also have nothing but praise for Jamie Sykes who always makes the financial workings of purchasing a vehicle clear cut and pain-free. Take it from me, if you're in the market for a new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram or a quality used vehicle head on over to Taylor and give a shout out to Ray; you'll be glad you did!
