Be sure you come hungry, because you are going to want to eat as much as possible of this solid, delicious German food! Last I heard the owners are trying to sell the family restaurant so they can retire. Don't wait, you've got to try it to believe the mouth-watering hype!

Bayern Stube is the best. I wouldn't have a better place to host my birthday party. Always great service. Authentic German food at a fair price. Can't recommend this place enough.

Great atmosphere that makes you feel like you are out of Gibson City. The food is great and the beer is even better! Be sure to visit during Oktoberfest or Hunter's Feast for a full experience. Wish they had more lunch time options.

The friendly, comfortable ambiance pales only in comparison to the service. The service is the THIRD best feature of this diamond in the rough. The food next, and the best feature? BEER! Local German style beers and frequently updated imported german beers. Dont miss this place!

Fantastic authentic German food. Usually 5 or 6 imported German beers on tap. Special menu for Hunter's Fest, Mai Fest, Oktoberfest or great food anytime.

My family and friends have been there multiple times over the years. The food is wonderful and the prices are reasonable (remember, this is not a fast food place!). The dessert tray is amazing! The Black Forest cake is my favorite. It reminds me of being back in West Germany at the neighborhood gasthaus. I love it!!
