  Went in store to just look for adjustable bed for my Mom. Todd the sales manager was so friendly and knowledgable about the different types of products, and wasn't pushy that I decided to purchase a complete set. Ronnie and Eric delivered my bed the next day, and was extremely courteous, friendly, and knowledgable as well! Showed me how to use the remote, and answered all my questions. Went above and beyond expectations, and cleaned up everything before they left. Would highly recommend, and when I need another mattress will definitely purchase another from SleepZone!!!

  We purchased a 1000$ mattress from here 7 monthe ago. We were told it would be under warranty.
  The mattress gradually compressed and cupped on either side to the point where we can not sleep on it.
  We contacted the store expecting them to honor the warranty. But we were shocked when they told us they would do nothing until we PAID THEM for a "kit" or an "inspector" to come "inspect and measure" the mattress.
  We were told none of this when we bought it.
  The manager told us he could not do anything. He just kept repeating there was nothing more he could do until we paid them to use what we naturally believed to be a free warranty.
  So, at this point, we are stuck with a 1000$ hunk of foam junk, and I am sleeping on the sofa.
  Lesson learned:BUYER BEWARE
