Jackie is an amazing sales woman. I came just to take a look around and some how she got ne to leave with a car. She helped me and my girlfriend. Got us some amazing deals and it was so affordable. Went in for service. From the call that was placed to set up my appointment until the moment my vehicle was ready was great. Very professional and courteous. I called to set up my appointment the gentleman was fast and friendly. He left me know who my service advisor would be and the minute I pulled up Tom meet me at my car for told me the time of wait and what they would check for. He showed me to the waiting area where they had warm cookies and coffee as well as cold drinks available. My vehicle was ready before the time they gave me.

Service Center Review: I have been here twice for warranty repairs and both times were very accommodating. Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick-moving staff. The courtesy shuttle brought me to and from my home in Royal Oak so I could work while they finished my car. Note, their waiting area is also clean and comfortable, has refreshments, and even a kid's play area. The second time I came. my car kept not starting. They had a full schedule for days, but worked me in given the situation and gave me a vehicle to drive in the meantime, all while completing my repairs within 24 hours. Very respectable service shop!

From the moment I walked in I knew I was in good hands. I have never been to another car dealership that was so friendly and courteous on every visit, Mike in Financing, and Tom the Manager were extremely helpful with purchasing my new vehicle, and answered al our questions without hesitation. The BIG selling point for me to purchase my new car through this dealership was Mr Alex Sky. Had it not been for his above and beyond customer service, his amazing attitude, and willingness to do everything I asked of him, I could have easily purchased the same car elsewhere. Alex is hands down the BEST I have ever experienced, and truly is such a huge blessing and asset to the company. Alex- thank you for being my new best friend 😂, and for being a Good, Honest, Trustworthy Person- If it wasn't for my trust in you, I would have second guessed the purchase- But I know you are selling me an amazing quality vehicle. Honestly had the best experience imaginable here. It being my first time going there, I was nervous on how everything would go. I want everyone to know about the amazing staff that pulled what seemed to be the impossible today. A big thank you to Alex Sky!! Received excellent service here. I was taken care of much more quickly than I was told upon arrival. I needed a cabin air filter done and instead of taking hours to get me in, my car was in a stall and out in less than a half hour. I really appreciated it because I had worked a double the night before and needed to get to bed. Thanks to Paul Bouquet for making it an excellent experience.

Been rebuilding my credit for the past year and getting a car financed was my last hurdle. I visited quite a few dealerships and was almost prepared to go with a vehicle that I didn't really love. I remembered getting a letter from Matthews Hargraves so I decided to see what they were talking about. Should have came here FIRST! Absolutely pleasant experience. Alex Sky was my Sales Agent and I cannot put into words how much of a pleasant experience he made this for me. He never made mention about my past credit (like other dealers kept reminding me). Made me feel like I had a 850 Credit Score!!! I highly recommend this dealer and especially Alex!

Great experience. The dealership really tried to get me the car I wanted even though they didn't have it on the lot, there were only 2 in the state, and the dealer trades to get them were not going through. It was the end of the month and we were in a crunch. They ended up finding one that was very close to the one that I wanted that was in transit to the store. I came in and signed very last minute, and to my surprise, the car arrived and I picked it up the next day. Although it wasn't the one with all the features or color I originally wanted (I wanted Summit White but ended up getting the Premier Iridescent Pearl Tri-coat), I ended up getting one that was even better and more beautiful than what I originally had in mind. They worked with me to make it happen and get me into the upgraded color w/ more accessories and other features for the same price they originally quoted me. Despite there being some damage on the passenger side door from the truck in transit, they were able to make a claim to get it repaired AND offered to give me a loaner car while it's in the shop next week. Their body shop also gave me a very reasonable price on fixing the damage on my lease turn in as well. Thank you Matthew Hargreaves for getting me into my new Malibu that I love at a price that couldn't be beat!

Excellent, supportive sales staff who are both knowledgeable and personable. Had an easy experience trading in my vehicle for a new 2017 model. I went in on a whim and in under 2 hours drove off the lot with a new vehicle. The sales staff worked diligently to find me the best price and financing to meet my needs.
