This place is great. The nicest of the many Marriott timeshares locations I've been at. Still bouncing back front the hurricane but facilities are first class. Large beautiful rooms. Nice pools and great beach location!

Beautiful place and the rooms are suites with two separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer in each suite along with full size kitchen, dining room and living room. Great view.
They just completed a third tower and are in near end phasing of a fourth tower. Due to Hurricane Irma it's going to take more time on construction but don't let this stop you. It's great to see work in progress to watch a beautiful transition like watching a caterpillar in a cacoon! I'm one who appreciates hard work and love to see how things progress but if you're one who loves to complain then you won't appreciate it.
The place is beautiful, on the beach, close to shopping, the movies, plenty of dining areas to go to, even in walking distance.response / report this review -

I had reservations for next week that were just cancelled because of hurricane damage. The problem is that I sent the resort a message on Sept 30th inquiring if I should make other arrangements and received a response from Crystal Shores that my reservation is being honored. I understand hurricanes happen that is why I wanted to know if I should look for other arrangements. Now I am a week away without a room and 2 disappointed kids. I guess this is Marriott's way to treat customers.

We have had great experiences both times we have been here. It has several nice pools, a water slide, and lots of activities for kids and adults. It is right on the beach as well. The staff is excellent, always available and looking to help us have a great time

Nice place, close to resort, plenty of free parking. Rented a 10 man pontoon 1/2 day, affordable family fun. Ship store on site has everything and small charter fishing fleet on site. Capt. Scott with the Carole Ann II put us on the fish! Check this place out.

Wow! This resort is perfect for our family to relax and spend quality time together. Though the new tower and pool area are under construction with an eta of August, it has not impacted us at all. Two great pools: one with a slide and the other with a great layout. Right on the beautiful white sand beach where we've found gorgeous shells and have seen beautiful sunsets. The activities have been a lot of fun and varied for all ages. The accommodations are spacious and very comfortable. More than enough room for our family. Comfortable king bed. Gorgeous bathroom. Beautiful granite kitchen that we've enjoyed cooking in. Indoor dining is very nice, but to eat on the lanai outside with such a breathtaking view of the Gulf is fantastic. Will return because we've made such wonderful memories as a family.

The property is currently undergoing an expansion so there is construction. This really didn't affect us.

I love coming here. The staff bends over backwards to accommodate you- I called to ask if they had a French press for coffee and they ordered one so they had it for me. Fantastic service. It's also beautiful. You can see the beach from any balcony, and the balconies are great. You cam sit there and watch the world go by and read and nap and share meals without getting too hot or sunburned. The units are well appointed and very well laid out. I adore vacationing there.
