Not bad if your going to chill and smoke a hookah, but when i visited yestrday to purchas a coil, was met with extreme rudness by the one staff member on duty, usually not what i experience from previous visits, but now im not sure if ill return

The employee where so nice, though the atmosphere is horrible, dirty tables and you have to pay before.

To be completely honest this place does not even deserve one star. The workers set up the hookah, but did not even light the coal so we could start smoking. Then the guy that seemed to be the one working there went to hang out with his pals in another room of this place. Did not check one us once. For unlimited hookah for $11.00 you think you would ask if we needed anything. Nope not once. This spot is unprofessional and a dump. Do not waste your money. Hookah is garbage and I wouldnt go back if it was free.

Worst experience ever. The guy dint even start hookah. No lights . Smells bad . Flavors suck. Their blueberry cheesecake should be named burntcake. Never suggest it . Waste of money .

Such better staff since the trash was taken out Very welcoming, awesome prices on glass and papers. Sales all the time always changing! This store has the newest products that I have no idea what is and the staff always helps and explain EVERYTHING!!! Like the shisha rocks! Who would have thought of that! This store is always changing and its a great atmosphere, the new improvements are spectacular!!! Great job getting the ignorant out of the store!!!
