This place is a great place to catch a movie. They have upgraded beyond the old days of broke sound and staff issues, to top shelf equipment, and staff that wants see to it that patrons enjoy thier movie! Love Ya'll!

On Thursday, Friday and Saturday they have a last show at 9 it is the weekend time. Grown folks like to stay late. I am aware this is nc I'm from me but WOW. What about the people who work late on weekends? Please help them fix this because everywhere else they have shows that go till 2 am. Hint more money for security. Wedding have much here anyway. Please.

On July 2, 2017 I took my kids to watch a movie there and this is our experience; we went in and ask if my son could utilized the restroom and a person in charge of checking the tickets told me we needed to have tickets in order to use the restroom. So we bought tickets for a movie that would start an hour later. My son was able to use the restroom. And since there were no seats anywhere to wait, we sat on the floor against the wall while we wait for the movie to begin. Then the person in charge of checking the tickets told us we could not sit on the hall way because he needed to keep it clear, to which I replied: "there is no people walking thru!". He then said" you guys have to wait in the lobby". So we went to the lobby where there's no seats. So i went up the one of the staff members and asked for a refund and they told me I had to ask the manager. I asked for the manager and they told me it was the person checking for the tickets. And also that most likely he wouldn't give back a refund. So as I explained what had happened the manager showed up which instead of asking a 'costumer service question' right away he clarified "we don't refund the money back, it says it on the ticket!" I told him we were not satisfied with the service he provided. Even some employees agreed that other customers had issues with him in the past.
And since I couldn't get my refund back and I had already paid 22.50 for 3 tickets (1 adult and 2 kids) I figured we wait for the movie to start. We waited 20 minutes to be allowed to go in to the theater. Once we went in, my daughter felt sick of the smell of the theater. She told me it smelled really bad, but since I had spent the money for the movie that she would be okay sitting there and watch the movie. So got my 2 kids and left without watching the movie. I called the movie theater to see if I could get the manager's boss phone number, unlucky for me, the manager answered the phone and I asked for the owner/his boss number and he denied giving it to me by saying this:" how do you know I'm not the owner of this business" and I could not get him out of that phrase. He hang up on me saying he will not answer any of my questions. I'm not from this area, and this type of people give bad reputation to this businesses. This is the worst place ive ever been to. Thier cleanliness was horrible. The theater it self smelled like a rest area bathroom before getting cleaned. Customer service was ok but the managers service was horrible. He treated us like we were ready to vandalize the place, wich frankly made me feel like i wanted to beat the guy up. Lucky for him i have maners. The situation was we were going to enjoy a movie but my brother needed the bathroom, we asked if we can use it and he said we needed a ticket we had told him that we were going to get some but we just needed the bathroom first and he insisted that we needed tickets so we got the tickets and he let us pass to the bathrooms,and said nothing, so we sat against the wall and we were patiently waiting for the movie to start and he kicks us out of the halway saying that the lobby is for waiting, but the lobby is dirty and no chairs, so we just asked for a refund and the employs were very kind but the tickets said no refund and we said its fine we will wait and then the manager made this big fuss so we just waited and when we finally got into the theater it wreaked. In conclusion we just left, because movie theaters are for people to enjoy not to be holding in vomit.

well-since it is a small town the inside maybe/will be as it isan upgrade on inside (bathrooms and all) want hurt, outside appearance very nice(+)

The lady was asinine. We drove 45 minutes to get there and my little sister and her friend were with me and the lady asked for id from all of of us and why would two 14 year olds have them the lady was rude and used profanity infront of my little sister she would not explain their policie I will never go there again!!

Needs an update, and floors ALWAYS sticky. But friendly staff and overall just fine for a small town theatre. Cheap concessions.

Great place I live in Henderson..Convenient for the family. When bored and Great concession stand.
Love this place..Have seen 30 movies sense we moved to Henderson.
