This theater isn’t the greatest long lines they are slow.. my husband didn’t have his military ID but I had mines they charged him full price.. I will continue to go to the IMAX patriots theater, they care for veterans and military members!!!

We love this theater. In fact, it is the only theater we go to. Every Tuesday, tickets are $5 all day plus they have a small popcorn and small drink for $5. On other days, movies before 1:30 PM are $5.75. Bathrooms are very clean. Theater is clean. Plush leather seats. Best theater in Fayetteville!

Tried to go see a 10:30 showing. Got there at 10:40 and was met at the door by a employee who blocked me from going in. He told me that unless I had already purchased a ticket I was not allowed in because they already closed their registers. Was very disappointed by the employees turning down customers only ten minutes after a movie starts. Very poor customer service. Needs better employee that are more familiar with good customer service.

Another big building to occupy land until movie theaters file bankruptcy. It's a great place, a great spot. All that fun stuff. It's just like any other movie theatre, nothing too special, except it's newish. You can still get your 10$ popcorn and sit in an auditorium in the dark for 2 hours.

I go there with my father occasionally and the atmosphere is absolutely incredible. I also like how nice the workers are there, anybody thinking about going there you should.

We used to LOVE this theater, but the last couple of times we were there, we had less than stellar experiences. The first one is where a couple sat a few seats over from us and had a conversation well into the movie. We complained and someone came and talked to them. This last time was today when this family, of mostly kids, sat near ustheir three year old ran up and down the aisle thumping her big popcorn bucketand their five(?) year old kept kicking and putting his bare feet on and touching my husband. This is ridiculous! If you can't control your brats, keep them home. I pay just as much as you do for a ticket to ENJOY a movie. And when we tried to address it, with a manger, all I was an opened mouth looktelling me that it fell on deaf ears.

The biggest complaint about this theater is the speed at the concession stand. The cashiers need to learn how to be efficient especially on a busy weekend. It would be nice if they would also hire more cashiers.

I've always enjoyed watching movies at this theater. But I'm highly disappointed with the fact that you kicked out a mother and her young autistic daughter because her daughter was excited and laughing. Your website specifically describes your business as 'kid friendly' but apparently that only pertains to children who you define 'normal'.

Thank you for telling special children that they can't express themselves without fear of punishment.

Will not ever go here again!!! I am a step-mother to 3 autistic children who live with me and my husband full-time. It is hard enough raising special needs children, but to be publicly humiliated when taking your child to the movies is so uncalled for! My co-worker went here last night to watch a movie and a mother and her autistic daughter were asked to either leave or quiet her child down. I do not care what circumstances involved her being approached, everybody has the right to go to the movies or park or school and not be punished for being different. When are people in a movie theater quiet like a mouse? - Never! Get over it. The people that complained should be ashamed of themselves. The management of this establishment should be ashamed as well. I plan on telling everyone I know about this incident in hopes they never come to this establishment again!

I liked this theatre, UNTIL I found out that someone I know was asked to leave because her child that has autism was very excited! That is total bullcrap and I am not spending my money or taking my children anywhere that kicks out a child for being excited! I hope you guys loose a lot of business. That is not fair to the heartbroken mother and definitely not to the child!!!

If you want fresh popcorn make sure you ask for it! If you catch an early show you are likely to get the left over popcorn that has been heated up or popped earlier in the day. The staff is usually well groomed, friendly and accommodating. The seats are great, they have high backs the recline slighty and the arms lift up between them for more comfort.
