Sincere, honest and friendly!
I first brought in my Pomeranian for a second opinion on her cough and dental issues. She is 11 years old and our baby! My first impression was wonderful, and after meeting and talking with their female dr I was assured I came to the right place! Grace had her dental cleaning yesterday and they called along the way to let me know how she was doing, and called the next morning to make sure she was ok. We are very pleased with the entire office and how they put our pet as their #1 priority! Also, we were previously quoted $700-950 for the SAME work at another office at MWAH we only paid just over $400! Thank you for doing a fabulous job with our girl!!response / report this review -

Friendly staff includes 2 great vets and several vet techs. They provide great care for your dog, car or bunny among other animals.

Doctors and staff are knowledgeable and will go above and beyond for their clients. The Maplewood team is dedicated 100% to it's patients, and will do whatever it takes to save lives and send happy pets home to happy pet parents. Prices are very competitive.Taking your pet to Maplewood is the best thing you can do for your pet!

Not sure how our dog is treated when left to get urine sample and blood drawn. Stayed all day, they said she never peed and drank all her water bowl up when I took her home. Then she peed!

We've been going here for 13 year's with our cat Sophie, she received the best care right down to the end of her life. The staff, was caring and help answer questions to everything I could possibly need to know. Even though our cat had passed in her box they took her back to just make sure. They gave us a room to sit in and grieve in and they help me with the choice of dealing with her remains. About a week later we received a condolences card, with her paw print on it. We waited 15 month's to adopt another kitten, and I know we will get the best care for her too.

It is a busy clinic, and yet the reception staff are friendly and efficient. The veterinarian takes time to answer my questions. Everyone clearly loves animals.

This place is fantastic. The people here are wonderful and you can really tell they have a heart for animals. The prices are also very reasonable. I bring my cats here and won't be looking for another place to go.

This place saved my cat, which has only been with me for a week. She was a feral who had been hit by a car and for months no one noticed or cared that she needed major surgery. I only got her recently and noticed some very odd things she was doing, so I set up an appointment with Maplewood after reading some amazing reviews. I'm a poor college student and they worked with me to set up a payment plan because they knew the surgery had to be done soon, otherwise she might have died and I had no money to pay for everything upfront like I wished I could have. They have helped with medication, giving great advice to keeping my cat healthy and they call everyday to check up on her and make sure she is healing alright.
I definitely trust them all to take care of my cat and any other future pets I might have!response / report this review
