Past the wonderful Cablehouse Beach Canteen and RV Park in Fort Worden, one gets to the 1879 Lighthouse. A beautiful, serene location on the beach. Watch families, locals and tourists stroll this pristine area.

A great lighthouse to explore. The surrounding beach and park is also great for walking about. A sign indicates that tours are available by appointment only. No problem though, was able to walk right up to the windows and take a peek in.

What a beautiful town. So much history and scenic views. Hiking, shopping, camping. We went for a drive and found this place. We'll definitely plan on coming back to stay.
