This has been my second stay at Serenity by the Sea, and my second wonderful experience! Anywhere else I've stayed would have never thought to include english muffins, fruit, and all the fixings for pancakes! The personal touches make this feel more like visiting a friend or family than just a stay at a rental. I can't wait for stay #3!

We loved our stay! The suite was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean, and the views were amazing (you could see water in two directions!). The owners were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to help us settle in. They are great people.

There is a huge open area + kitchen in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. You can tell that they've been thoughtful in stocking the room - extra bed linens, coffee, tea, bottled water, cookies, hot cocoa, etc. Just an overall great place to stay! Sooooo relaxing.

(Note: It is walking distance from the ferry, but it's uphill to get to the house, and it's not such a fun trek with luggage. There are not many restaurants within walking distance, so you'll want to bring food if you don't have a car.)

Staying there was like being at home. It has a kitchen dining room, bedroom, living room, and bathroom. Everything I could need. It was nice to come back from a day of hiking and be able to relax. I bought some snacks and kept them there so I saved on going out every night. It was quiet and some of the best sleep I've had in a while.

When visiting Anacortes, WA I was able to stay a few nights at Serenity by the Sea. I loved the nautical decor, gorgeous views of the bays and quiet atmosphere. It was relaxing and close the ferry landing. Next time I visit the Pacific Northwest, I will definitely book a stay with them.

We recently stayed at Serenity by the Sea and were very impressed with the accommodations. This vacation spot is charming, private, and has fabulous views of the bay! It was super clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of the ferry to Friday Harbor. With so much to do in the area, we know we’ll be back!
