Omg the back area is beautiful. Menue is creative for a crepe place and the service was great. Went here to see a band perform and the server helped me get a ticket to the sold out show. As a show venue the place was also great. Seemed small but ended up being just right. Ample parking nearby as well!

Nice place to get a Crepe or a drink. Front room has a bar with a small space that has great performers coming into town. A decent sized dinner area for those that want it a bit quieter.

But most awesome is the expansive garden area in the back - on a warm day its an awesome place to relax. But no worries if you get cold, they have heaters too.

Tasty food. Bar-like interior is a bit raunchy/dreary but there's a lovely patio in back. Crepes are excellent and filling.

Pretty patio dining, decent breakfast crepe offerings. No waffles, pancakes or french toast. The table next to brought their dog along. Friendly service.

Always a good meal with a great assortment of dinner and desert crepes to appeal to all appetites. We love the outdoor seating in the garden out back. Live music is a nice feature too. All this and reasonable prices makes this one of our favorites.

CAUTION!!! There have been numerous accounts of drinks regularly being 'roofied'. It happened to a number of my son's friends both here and at the Blue Lagoon (all males btw) and last night it happened to my son and his girlfriend while they were sharing a drink at the bar.

Always cover your drinks, never walk away from them -EVER and safest is to order bottled drinks.

On the plus side, the atmosphere is very nice and cozy, especially the Patio area, the staff is friendly, the food is tasty and the music is great to listen to. I highly recommended the Crepe Place but please WATCH YOUR DRINKS!

Would totally come back here! Came in for breakfast and was very impressed. There is a beautiful outdoor patio, friendly servers and generous portions. I came with a group of 7, we had a minimal wait while they setup and everyone was very impressed. When you walk in, you pass through the bar and then arrive a generously sized dining room with an outdoor patio out back! The crepes are worth the trip alone. Nice, perfectly done and exactly what hit the spot. The breakfast crepe with subbed tofu was what I needed this morning!

Have been going to the Crepe Place for decades--casual lunches, quiet dinners, special events with groups, always have such an enjoyable time. Also one of the places I like to take visitors to give 'em a special "touch of Santa Cruz" eating. Yummy variety of crepes to fit any taste (I'm kinda stuck on the turkey ones but love the Zorba the Greek and Alexander the Crepe, too); love those little loaves of bread, too! Cool many-windowed back room and large outdoor seating area, eclectic decor, and the full bar is a nifty perk. Also--what the Crepe Place offers in musical entertainment is a real gift to the community.

There is something about this place. We love coming here for live shows. They always have a variety of indie bands playing. The atmosphere is chill. They have an ample whiskey selection, but the experience is just as good with a cold beer or glass of house wine. The food is yummy. The portions are HUGE. They serve dinner late, a huge bonus as not many restaurants in Santa Cruz do. Very hip and diverse crowd that hangs here. Bartenders are friendly and accomodating.

My favorite restaurant in Santa Cruz. Great ambiance. Peaceful garden setting out back; or more lively inside. Food is always great, and usually more than you can eat.

Solid breakfast, lunch and dinner. Highly recommend sitting in the back patio. Great bloody Mary's too. Music most nights but space gets very crowded quickly. Fun if you're in the mood but overwhelming if you're not.

I've been here twice, and both times left me with more to be wanted. The first time I ordered a sweet crepe and actually wanted more food. It was good, but not spectacular. As far as a quick, cozy breakfast is concerned, this place is alright. However, my dinner experience was terrible. Both my brother and I were served crepes that had raw onions, that were chunked fairly large, so that onion was all that you could taste. It really makes a statement about how much you can about what you are serving when you don't even cook an ingredient. I cannot recommend eating here as a serious meal.
