  I would rate Seascape Resort 5 stars! Love this gated resort and the excellent security! The condo is perfect! It is super clean, decorated nicely, and comfortable. The view of the ocean is awesome. There are multiple pools and they are very well kept. The property is well maintained and constantly being maintained. Staff are very friendly. The additional amenities of tennis, bike/ golf cart rentals, basketball, and on-site gym are perks as well. Love love the Cabana Cafe on-site. The food is among the best in Destin. Overall, we are highly satisfied with the resort and the many amenities!

  Beds were not,good. Disappointed how far the beach was from our condo. We left IPad in our rooma few minutes after check out and we went back in get it.and it had been stolen and we did not get much assistance from the office to check cleaning crew who came in and obviously stole our IPad. Disappointed in service!!

  Our family of four stayed in a bi-level condo for 3 nights and loved it. While cleanliness was not perfect, it was not a major issue for us. We had to re-wash dishes and kitchen counter but bedding and towels were fine. WiFi in the area was essentially non-functioning/very slow.
  
  However, we loved the layout of our condo and the view of the Lake. HVAC system worked fine. Bathrooms were fine. Beach access was very convenient. Dishwasher/laundry equipment all worked as expected. We were very happy with our choice.

  We stayed in the majestic sun and that place was terrible. Lots of problems with our room. We then was transferred to the Ariel dunes after our room got flooded from the washer machine and it was a much welcomed change
