All the king bed rooms are handicapped accessible so there is no tub or shower curtain. The entire bathroom will get soaked.
The breakfast buffet was rather sad. I hear it's better on a weekday. The eggs were edible but you can taste that they aren't really eggs. The bagel options were poppyseed or poppyseed. Donuts were stale. Hot water for tea was lukewarm. Hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable at least.response / report this review -

Cindy provided excellent and very professional customer service. Our flight in Los Angeles was cancelled and we had to find our flight , sleeped at the airport and got here a day late. Cindy provided such courtesy that it made all of our stress away. I hope provide her with some type of reward.

Love this hotel.. Every room comes standard with a "living room".. clean all the time.. great customer service.. wish I would've stayed here for this most recent visit instead of the fairfield inn and suites by Marriott that sits down the road!

It says "at the airport" so if 9 or 10 miles is "at" to you then it's at. If you forgot or did not want to try and fly with a toiletries item, the few things they have, you buy. Lotionnope, not in the room nor for sale. After shave (a TSA death item) nope. Remember, this"at the airport". Room is clean, bathroomclean but tiny. Staff seems friendly but really can't help you. I'll have to find a store with travel size items. I'll survive but still, I have stayed at places much cheaper that see their way clear to have small forgotten necessarily items at the desk. Ok, I'm done.

The hotel was very nice and clean. But be warned that the day time manager (She's an older woman) is very rude,curt,boarder line disrespectful. I've stayed in many hotels and I was very professional, but this woman was just beyond. So my advice would be if you're thin skinned avoid this location or you'll be using your time to post a negative review also. She says she's been do it for 30 years? My opinion is maybe she needs to go back to year 1 and remember her customer service skills.

The room was a good size and felt clean. The beds were comfortable. While you should never expect great comfort from a pull out bed this was particularly bad. Also, the name is deceptive as this is not the Hyatt closest to the airport which caused some complication. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

The hotel was very nice. Our room had a king sized bed and a pullout sofa. The staff was friendly and they had hot breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

It's become my home away from home since my family moved from Pittsburgh. The front desk workers are always so incredibly helpful. The two beds that are in the rooms we check into are right next to each other, and they are incredibly comfy. The entire room is perfect for three people sleeping there, with a fourth coming and going to visit during the day. The breakfast this weekend was worse than normal. It's not normally an incredible cuisine, but this weekend the French toast was stale and variety was lacking. Remember your swim suits! They have an indoor pool! All in all, a great place to stay and I'm glad they're the perfect place for my family to come back and visit all of our friends and family still here in Pittsburgh.

Overall very nice hotel. Loved the plugs by the beds and the room was in very nice shape. Breakfast in the morning was great as well even though we left really early. Staff was on point on wakeup calls and airport shuttle times.

Our stay was comfortable. The staff was kind and respectable. We especially liked the pull out bed in our suite. Overall, Well worth the cost. And the hotel is less than 15 minutes from downtown so it was a perfect location.
