Nice newer hotel adjacent to the Eastwood Towne center and nicely laid out rooms with a great large flatscreen TV, and the free breakfast in the lobby is significant although it ends at 9 AM . It's also across the street from capital steak a nice steakhouse plus there are about six restaurants within a few blocks !

Poor this place needs to be shut down they take in homeless people off the streets only to kick them out right back on the street whenever ms.Lucy feels like she doesn't like the way you look that day..ms Lucy is a devil who kicks out everybody that Mike Karl lets stay there at the magnuson she kicks mother's with children in the middle of winter with nowhere else to go and she allows the staff to steal others belongings..the magnuson has bed bugs and is very dirty..Mike Karl is a good person but if he continue to have a evil old witch like Lucy kick out people who she didn't even put in the magnuson like she paying out of pocket for these people to stay at the magnuson..she pockets donations..takes people rent money for the month and then kick them out without giving them there money back the lady is evil.

The hotel owner was a slumlord while others tried helping the homeless. This scum will never provide any services worth paying for. Find another hotel.

Why don't they put the customers on one side and remodel the other side? If it is dirt why don't you put the customers to work help keeping the hotel up. Some of the people that stay there could learn work ethics. Then Lansing would have a beautiful place for the homeless and they could also be very proud of the work they did. Because we all know if you love your work you will keep things nice. I have never stayed here but just a suggestion.

They need to close this place down and/or turn it over to the nonprofit that tries to help the homeless. My aunt lived there in a room for over a year with bed bugs biting her up and they didn't care and kept demanding her rent! She couldn't find another place to accept her limited income until just recently and I'm so glad she is out of that awful place. It is a health hazard!

******** PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL ********
Never ever think of staying in this hotel. I had 2 nights booking but straight way walked out of the hotel just by having a look at the room. This is not a hotel, I don't want to indulge in what's going in there but surely not a hotel to stay. It is not even worth staying there for free, now you can just imagine what that means.
It doesn't deserve any stars at all. ZERO should be appropriate.response / report this review
