I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. My family and I come to frankenmuth every year and this hotel is always a pleasure to stay at. I recommend it

Have stayed here a couple of times. Friendly staff, clean inviting hotel rooms, and a nice breakfast. Only downside is it is a little confusing to get to if you have never been to it before, and you can hear the traffic off the 75/23. I love that during the week (not sure to weekend times, only stayed during the week) Breakfast started at 6. Great for those days I need to beat feet out early to continue traveling.

Check In and Out was Easy. Doors around the building to get in was maked and easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms nice size and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was larger then normal and did not feel like was on top of everything. There was no Do Not Disturb sign for us to put out, with us staying a couple of days. Breakfast was included and had a nice vairety to choose from. Hotel all together was clean. Pool hours were nice and area was clean. Internet access was available and ran slow at time. Great location, close to interstate, Birch Run Outlets and Frankenmuth. The only issue we had was that the power was out one night for a few hours and there was no backup and places around was closing, so we did not have anything to do. Prices were affordable. We would stay here again.

I've stayed here at least five times. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They've helped me carry my luggage in and checking in is never a hassle here. On one of my stays, the night time manager allowed me to swim after hours, as I arrived in just minutes before the pool closed. I desperately needed to soak my feet in the hot tub after a long day and he said it was no problem, so long as I notified him when I was heading back to my room so he could close it. Super nice of him!

Newly Remodeled, nice furnishings, charging station at bedside is very nice and convenient. Breakfast ok, standard Hampton breakfast. Coffee and snacks in evening. Several (numbered) outside doors allow easy access to rooms without long walks down the corridors. Indoor pool and hot tub. Two old school arcade games next to lobby. Very nice I would highly recommend.

Rooms are pretty decent and breakfast is what it is(free). Only issue I had with our stay is the site said they had cribs but they only have pack and plays. Had we known that we would have brought our own. Ended up with our 15 month old sleeping between us.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was nice, enough space, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Cost was very reasonable. Check in and check out were super easy. Will stay there again when going back to Frankenmuth.

We didn't spend much time at the hotel except to sleep, but the room was nice and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were very nice. The free breakfast had a make your own waffle station which was fun and delicious, and the coffee was nice and hot.

Clean room, good price, all around great stay. Very close to Meijer and a minute from the Outlets. Was placed in one of two attached rooms and the family in the room next to us was very loud, the shared door was far from sound proof. It was no fault of the hotel staff though! Just wish I had a room without that door.
