I like this place. Clean comfortable. The pricing is different depending on who you talk to. Watch how they charge you. The rooms are small but well kept.

I would give this place a zero if it was possible. I sent 2 of my young adult children to this hotel thinking that it was still a Super 8. This place was a dump! Staff is extremely unprofessional and no one would even let me talk to a manager. Terrible, terrible place! BED BUGS!! BED BUGS!! BED BUGS!! The worker on duty offered to change the sheets. This place needs to be shut down! Headed to the health department Monday. My kids did not end up staying and had to pay for this nasty room. I can't believe anyone with any kind of morals could work there.

The worst service ever. We checked in at 7am. They had no breakfast as they advertised. They called and woke us up at 1am to leave their motel. After a speedy shower I went to the front desk and complained. They then said that we could stay. Already up and showered and packed up. No, I don't want to stay. I hate their service.

This was the most disgusting hotel I've been to- I would not recommend coming here at all. My room had huge black stains on the floor, hair on my towels, the air conditioner had bugs coming out of it and I'm sure the sheets weren't changed. There were people in the hotel doing drugs in the hall way and physically fighting - I went to call the front desk for help and the phone in my room had no buttons on it and no dial tone! I packed my things and ran out the door and they refused a refund - even partial refund. I give it 0 stars but it won't let me post without at least 1 star.

Horrible place to stay!. The staff was rude and on top of that they have bed bugs!!! The first night I stayed there the night staff told me they don't have bed bugs and came up to the room to look at it and then told me that he couldn't so anything for me, I asked to get my money back and he told me that I had to wait until the morning, I asked for another room and he told me that there was no other rooms available. The next day I talked with the owner and she rudely told me that she have Never had complaints before and if I wanted another room I had to wait. Go another room a few hours later and guess what that room had bed bugs as well and my daughter was bitten up all on her arms and neck!.

I'm disappointed with the staff. when i called down to the front desk to ask for a new set of sheets and towels, they refused me and told me to call back the next morning because they don't want to run the washing machine for one person. I'm sorry who's paying who here?? Whatever happened to customer service and satisfaction?? UPDATE: I FOUND A CRACK PIPE AND A LIGHTER UNDER THE BED ALONG WITH CIGAR WRAPPERS IN THIS NON SMOKING ROOM THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CLEAN!!! Finally got the "clean" sheets but no pillow cases and only one set of towels, and then my fiance went to take a shower and the shower handle came off. We called down to the front desk to get some help, they told us someone would be up shortly to fix it. all the while theres hot water spraying from where the handle was and the tub faucet. This happened at approximately 7:30 am. No one showed up until almost 5 pm. He wasn't even a plumber!! It was just the front desk attendant for that shift. He looked at the shower then walked out, came back 10 mins later to say that their plumber was on vacation but that they would call someone else. They never sent anyone, and unfortunately they were full due to a power outage, so we couldn't even switch rooms. I had to take my 2 boys all the way out to my mom's house and leave them there just so that they could bathe. My fiance and i had paid to stay for a week and we couldn't get a refund so we had to stay in that room with the hot water running for 3 MORE DAYS. The light switch even began to spark because of all the water running down the walls in the bathroom due to the steam from the hot water. We had to wash ourselves at the sink like barbarians! They even tried telling me that we had to leave a day earlier than scheduled even after i told them that we had that room for another night. They continued to harass me until my fiance got back from school and he got them together at the front desk. We're never going back.

In my opinion this place should be shut down immediately!
It is disgusting, the hallways are not clean, the carpets look like they have not been Vaccumed in months or even washed in years. The walls had gunk, and slime on them that were questionable. That was all before getting into the room.
The room itself, the carpet was the same as outside, the beds had sheets that were threadbare, the sheets were yellow and stained. The light fixtures were falling off the walls. I went to the bathroom and there was hair covering the sink, hair in the shower and the toilet smelled putrid. So I definitely was not going to stay there but then the real fun began. Went downstairs and tried to get my money back, but apperently there is this policy that we were not told about in the beginning which states that you have 10 minutes to reject a room from the moment your card has been printed. The guy doing the registration spent 10 minutes talking on the phone after he had printed out my card before he gave it to me and since I didn't know about the rule of 10 minutes I went out to my car and got my bags and then went to the room and did my check and then went downstairs and was told there was no refund to be had because I was overy my 10 minutes.

At 12:30am someone else walked into my room. They give my room to another person. The walls are paper thin. I heard people in the hall arguing & the people next to us. The bathroom was dirty & the room smelled. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!!

At least one International socket adaptors should be in each room putting people from Europe and Africa into consideration, the hotel and it's staffs are great always willing to assist to a comfortable stay.
