Not quiet hotel, a contenial breakfast nothing more.Older hotel but clean.Staff great. But NASCAR weekend I had an issue about something going on in the room next to me that I told the General manger about. He looked at me and said they're not suppose too but everyone's having fun.The breakfast room is often out of coffee.I walked to breakfast first morning and coffee was out and the desk clerk was sleeping until I got there. Both coffee pots empty.Hot water for oatmeal or tea has never been hot Luke warm.Beds are comfortable and linens are clean, no stains. Not what I was expecting for the money but better then motel 6.

Clean room. Air did not work well. Came to this hotel owned by different company 10 years ago and it was much better.

It was a great stay, friendly staff, clean beds, and surprisingly quiet being the location. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely terrible all the way around! Customer service was dull. The rooms had an odd smell. The toilet didn't work and when moved to another room the bathtub had a fungus! The pillows were small and lumpy and the beds were hard. It was hot in the hotel lobby. Really, I could go on but overall thos hotel is worthless.

I gave it a 3 because the room We stayed in the room with the hot tub which was decent and clean. The customer service however was horrible! Upon checking in the lady at the front talked on the phone for the longest before so much as an acknowledgement that we were standing there. Then while she was on the phone proceeded to bark orders. I need your license, w/o a welcome or how may I help you. Then before we checked out we wanted to sleep in and asked for a later check out as and was told rudely no we don't do that you have 15 minutes that's it. Was very disappointed.

Oh my God this place is the worst! I went there with my family and there was a cockroach on our way up to the room (elevator was broken) they gave us a room that had not been cleaned bed was not made and used towels on the floor. We went down stairs to ask for a refund and the front desk lady was extremely passive aggressive insinuating that we did that or that we should have checked. Why would i check if u cleaned your rooms? Oh and if she tells you she can't reach her manager don't take no for an answer:) your welcome.

Not a place i would stay again. Customer service is a huge factor with me. I tried to sympathize with the employee because there was an angry customer in front of her and a long line behind me, but some of the situation could have been avoided. Once telling the angry customer she would deal with her after she helped everyone else she engaged in conversation with the angry customer causing more tension. I tried to help calm the customer down and then the customer was willing to wait her turn or after everyone else was helped, but then the employee started with her again and at this point the customer became very loud and the employee evelated her voice as well. Online it advertised $72 and I paid $84 after I was told I would get the lower rate. It really bothered me that the person in front of me paid $72 in cash without a problem. I understand and I get it, it is only a $12 difference, but consistency and customer service is key. Once getting into the room the bathtub was not clean nor was the toilet seat. The refrigerator was super loud so I had to unplug it. There were broken tiles in the bathroom floor. This was not a good choice and I would strongly advise against anyone wanting to stay here. I checked out way before checkout time.

My experience with the staff has been very helpful. Robin in particular went above and beyond in helping me feel like a valued customer. Beautiful accommodations as well.

arrived just after midnight to find people relieving themselves in the parking lot from the sports bars across the street. Ac unit didn't work and the room had a smell to it even after the staff sprayed air freshener. Woke up with bites on my feet. No water pressure. Went to breakfast they did have fresh fruit but the juices taste out of date. The place is no where near what the picture represents

** WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DO NOT LIKE STAYING WITH CRIMINALS WITH GUNS AND DRUG DEALS AND ANKLE MONITORS***
When we first got to this hotel it looked okay. When we parked there was a car in the parking lot that definitely looked like they were awaiting a drug deal and then when we parked across from them they didn't like it and left. My other 2 girlfriends who are in the same age range pull up and we go inside to check in. While standing there the people in front of us look weird the guys pants were almost to his ankles and the girl with him looked like she has been homeless for awhile, Okay we get it things happen. It smelled musty in the hotel and when I looked up there was a HUGE crack in the ceiling ( you need to get that fixed) along with on the 2nd floor there were 3 guys just starring at us. weird. So we get the keys and go up to the room ( on the 3rd floor) it was HOT! And I don't mean 70-80 degrees I'm talking in the HUNDREDS! We turn on the thermostat and it sounds like its about to poop out on us. We are like okay we can get through this. Then while we are getting situated my girlfriends look out the window as you would and there were the 3 boys that were previously on the 2nd floor and they start flicking us off and showing us their guns. No way were us three girls staying here and the thermostat wouldn't cool the room down. We go down stairs and tell the girl all the issues and how we were a bit scared. While talking to the girl a guy walks by with a ankle monitor on and then a lady walked by who definitely looked high on something. I told the lady we feared for our lives and it was too hot upstairs so she called the owner. Who didn't want to give us any kind of refund and said he would give us 10 off bc it was hot and said we checked in the day before and we had just checked in and the girl at the front had a horrible attitude. FINALLY we got the refund, but all in all there is a lot of criminal activity more than was I explained and it needs to get checked out and the health inspectors need to come check it out. HORRIBLE!

Nothing fancy. Internet was dead for more than 24 hrs. Nice restaurants near by though. May stay again if I had to.

Rooms: The smell of the room wasn't not pleasant when i walked in. Bathroom had rust on the towel rack and by the sink, there was nail polish by the sink and more of it in the tub. The only good thing about it is that's easy to find the place and leave and get on the road again.

Hotel was extremely over priced for the amenities offered. Sheets in the room we're dirty, front office staff we initially dealt with was horrible, whole building reeked of smoke. We checked in about 8pm, dropped everything off, and then got back to the hotel about 2am after visiting with friends. The pullout bed our daughter was going to use was from the 80's, and the cot that was offered wasn't any better; neither were the sheets to go with it. They were also out of pillows. We finally decided we were wasting money and asked for a refund. The only good part of the entire night was the night manager's willingness to give a refund. We ended up driving across town at 3am to stay with friends. Do not waste your time or money with Magnuson Fossil Creek. For the area and the price you can do much better; any Motel 6 or Super 8 is a five star motel compared to this particular location.

It's a pretty good hotel for the price. The staff are nice. The room was clean. They have direct TV with several movie channels. It's in a good location with several restaurants within walking distance.
