Great Great Great! Very spacious, clean, and relaxing. I loved the 24 hour quick bite option (great for late night snackers). The staff were all amazing and very helpful esp with places to eat out that were within walking distance from the hotel! Overall Hyatt never let's me down! Not to mention breakfast was included!

Very convenient location! Restaraunts and shopping within walking distance. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast here. Everything was made fresh and available until 10. Great smell throughout hotel and the rooms are really clean! Accommodating staff and quiet surroundings. Highly recommend.

Clean and safe. Nice rooms. Yummy breakfast. Only issue, TV remote did not respond well when pressing buttons. AC units were not loud in my room. Quick service Bay at night is a good touch to sit and have a beer or drink after a long day without having to leave the hotel.

The room was large and clean. I didn't really watch the tv but the positioning was kind of weird. Location is great, in between fort worth and Dallas. It is also right off of the freeway so it is easy to locate. Breakfast was good.

As soon as you check in you get to experience the Fantastic staff that work at this Hyatt Place. Everyone is extremely courteous and helpful at all times. The rooms are very clean but I wish the beds were a little more comfortable. Typical of Hotel Beds, the sheets wrinkle up underneath me and I find that annoying. The showers have very strong faucet and you get hot water right away. All of the amenities in the room seem to work perfectly. My favorite thing about this property is the free breakfast. Everytime I visit they seem to have added something special and new. But you should try to eat before 7 a.m. or after 8 a.m. because there is limited seating.

Great hotel with awesome customer service and excellent breakfast. (update: second week in a row staying here. 5th time in 3 years. This is a fantastic place to stay. Kelley and Amanda are the best!)

The rooms are very nice and spacious with great amenities like free breakfast and an all day diner. The only thing i do not enjoy is sleeping on a rock hard bed. There is no cushion anywhere besides the pillows and pull out sofa. Other than that i am enjoying my stay

A colleague and I stayed for two nights. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fresh (better than most hotel continental breakfasts), but a little on the bland side. Different clientele over the weekend, hotel filled up with families/kids. Helpful, attentive desk staff. I'd stay here again.

So far it is great. The room is extremely comfy and the service is very friendly and accomidating. They have a nice setup for snacks/meals and drinks that don't cost an arm and a leg.

When I say the customer service was beyond great, I can express, I have not had customer service this is good in a long time and I travel a lot due to the military. Hyatt Hurst was my guest hotel for my wedding June 1-4 and every guest expressed how they were so pleased. With me being the bride I wanted everyone as comfortable as possible. I even spent my wedding night here because they learned our names. MS Kelly and Erica are the absolute best. Thank you for making this day great.
