The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was top notch. Great breakfast bar. Will stay here again when in the area.

Nice hotel, staff was friendly and everything seemed to be working well. Room, lobby, dining area we're all very clean. Breakfast is just alright, but it is free which is convenient. Good location to food and a bar not too far away.

Great hotel stayed Oct 7th-9th for a convention staff is great caters to your every need breakfast fantastic lots of veriity room was very nice and clean (Did uv black light test) hotel is close to restaurants and the convention center the only con I have we had king size bed for 2 people and only 1 side of the bed had outlets to plug in your phone

Breakfast was excellent had great variety, and the rooms are very well equipped with a fridge,microwave,and even a coffee maker! The king size bed was very comfy almost felt like we were at home:) over all a very pleasant stay 👌🏽would definitely recommend it!

Staff was super friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The air conditioner worked great and the shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was good as well.

Nice play, but not enough parking. We had to park next door at the other hotel. Rooms are very spacious and sleep fine (my wife and I have 3 kids so it was perfect for us.). Breakfast was actually really good as well.

Visited for a work conference. Staff was great and very helpful. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Only issue I had was that the room smelled a little stale, and the workout facility even more so. Overall it's a nice place to stay for business, and it was within walking distance to Hurst Conference Center.

Atmosphere was better than expected and the staff didn't mind if we went in the pool late. Overall everyone was very friendly, the building was in great shape and everything was very clean. Would stay again!

Don't be confused by the rating scale. 5-stars means 'I loved it' not that it is necessarily a 5-star hotel. I did love my stay. Damian greeted me with a great smile and a "How was your day?" I answered, "Long!" and Damian got me checked in and on my way in what felt like seconds, not minutes. The breakfast had a few nice options that you don't see everydayfixin's for a steak and egg breakfast burritowhaaat!?

At the end of my second long work day, I arrived just before the evening social ended at 7pm, and I do mean 'just,' with about 1minute to go. As the hostess started clearing items, she noticed that I was a late arrival and asked if she could bring me anything to eat or drink. Awesome customer service!! I've been to plenty where the staff avoid eye contact as they break down service early. If I'm in the area, I'll surely stay again. Clean, large rooms. I even had a ceiling fan in the bedroom of this two-room suite. Great sleep! It is one of the nicest Hampton Inns I've stayed in, despite work being done on the pool. When that's complete, I'd give it 5-1/2 stars.

Room was comfortable. Manager Appreciation meal was great! Front desk staff was super helpful. Only drawback was that the Business Center was in a public area so you couldn't work on. Confidential documents there. I would definitely stay here again.
