Cleanliness 3 (older property so hard to keep clean)
Internet speed. 4
Shower Pressure/Hot Water 3
Gym Size n/a

1 is awful, 3 is good, and 5 is great. N/a means I did not use.

*4 stars is everything on par, and I reserve 5 stars for something extraordinary that happened during my stay.

Great beds and linens. Pillows were perfect. Clean rooms and nice staff. Beware of the GIANT spreed bump in the back. No warning and at night you cannot see it. I was going slow and still feel like I hit a wall.

I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago. I was attending a concert in the area. Service was outstanding from check in to check out. The staff from management to cleaning was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and this is why I rate 5 stars, but I wish I could rate higher. I didn't notice until a couple days ago that I was missing my diamond necklace. I searched my jewelry box and all around the house, but I finally back tracked and remembered the last time I remember taking it off was at the hotel, so I just took a gamble to call and see if it was possibly turned in and to my surprise it was. I emailed a picture for confirmation and it was confirmed, so to say all of this. This staff and location deserves 10 stars in my book. It is not often you hear of this happening and I am still just in Awe. The necklace is very sentimental to me as it was the very first diamond my husband bought me when we were dating. I will make this location my very first choice and refer to all of my family and friends !!

Lovely room and the staff are very hospitable. Breakfast has a great selection and the front desk cookies are hard to say no to. Only complaint is my room wifi fluctuates from being stable one night to hardly keeping a connection for a phone game the next.

The staff here is amazing and they make your stay very comfortable. There is free complimentary breakfast. They have a pool and hot tub. They have a fitness center. And they also have free WiFi and computers to use.

Upon arrival I was greeted at the front desk with a warm and friendly welcome. The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was a major bonus. Before checking out we had an amazing breakfast that topped off my stay. Will recommend and will stay again. Thanks.

Front desk staff was excellent, even stepping outside into the Texas heat to point out directions to the highway. Rooms were very clean and looked new. Enjoyed having both the fridge and microwave.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Great free coffee setup in the lobby. The pool and hot tub area is very nice, water is clean. We would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were quaint and clean. The staff was friendly, but I arrived a day late due to a cancelled flight and I was charged for the duration of my four night stay. I had to run a new authorization on a different card and was told the total for my original stay ($1400 total) wouldn't be returned for five business days.
